The answer was in your own question.

I'd like us to sign Mounir El Hamdaoui from Spurs, 5th choice striker. Almost definitley loan. He is brilliant and he's not getting in at Spurs.

Plus his name is mad, just say it to yourself. It might be the best name ever?

Just heard that Pompey are willing to let Todorov and Pericard go out on loan.

Todorov is class at CCC level but his fitness is a worry.

Worth a dabble?

There's no chance in the sense that if he performs as well as he did against us consistently, then Celtic will sign him, or another decent club. If we go up then there could be an outside chance i suppose.

I'd be happy with Todorov (if you can have medicals prior to a loan signing) or El Hamdaoui. Todorov proved his class when Pompey came up with us, still looked to be a good finisher as he took his goal at Yeovil ,in a friendly, well. Saw El Hamdaoui in Spurs vs some South African team on Eurosport, produced a lovely flick through for Robbie Keane.

I don't see a problem if we got Todorov on loan IF Pompey paid his wages, because it'd benefit them because he'd get match practice and it'd benefit us cus he's shit hot at this level and if he was injured we wouldn't be paying anyway.

But Craig doesn't like loan deals.

Now Gilbert's signed, that can only leave one striker still to sign. Any realistic rumours?

*Please let it be Adam Boyd, Please let it be Adam Boyd, Please let it be Adam Boyd*

And anything on anyone on the way out? (to Hull or Cov, perhaps?)

What about that Florent Sinama-Pongolle fella from Liverpool?

Loan deal, loan deal, loan deal... ;)

Very quick young guy, just recovered from a knee injury.

Rumour from GTFox on the Fox site:

PA rumour is that Canero only played last night so he could be watched by Preston and that a deal involving David Nugent moving to City is likely.

Sounds somewhat suspect to me :o

I wouldn't have thought that was likely, though i'd be delighted if true :D

That GTFox does work for a press association apparently. He's often quoting rumours, not sure if any have ever come true though! :D

If Nugent signs for us, i'll be a happy man.
