Hugo Sanchez Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 how long did it take you to think of that? tosserall i can say is that the day i go to football and am surrounded by people like you instead of people like AFIE who actually cares about the atmosphere at football, is the day i stop going. Ok, i'm sorry i care about Leicester winning and not so much about if i can stand up and wave a flag
LCFC-ARAB Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 Well the atmosphere at The Walkers is shit, so you must be surrounded by them <_< i sit in L1 and i get a sneaky feeling Hugo Sanchez doesn't.....
Budweiser Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 i sit in L1 and i get a sneaky feeling Hugo Sanchez doesn't..... True, I sit in K, respectable atmosphere but full of little shits at the top who think they are 'badmen'.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 i sit in L1 and i get a sneaky feeling Hugo Sanchez doesn't..... No because i don't have a season ticket, but i've sat in L1 before. It does have a good atmosphere in there and when the N block idea came up and i sat in the N block. Don't get me wrong, i'm all up for a better atmosphere and stopping goal music but i just don't go on about it all the time and bang on about non league football.
LCFC-ARAB Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 True, I sit in K, respectable atmosphere but full of little shits at the top who think they are 'badmen'. yeah the 'badmen' are quite annoying but i think all the L1 'badmen' have moved into K since it changed to all season ticket but trust me L1 has changed for the better over the past 5 years i remember when i first moved there it was terrible

CosbehFox Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 To repeat a Blur song 'it's not about you joggers who go round and round and round' As for AFIE mentioning non-league football, I think the only mention he's made in recent weeks was Cambridge and where their support come off.....which in the process isn't specifically about 'non-league' given their divisional status up until all then recently.
Uncle Albert Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 Alot of people know me and Uncle Albert never got on but the last few months he's turned into one of the best posters on this board. I agree 100 % with him.A cock in essex all you ever do is moan about atmosphere and standing up and how you love lower league or European football No one is forcing you to follow Leicester and in my opinion you're not a real City fan anyway. You didn't go Cov away because you said the atmosphere would be rubbish. Well i'm sorry me and Albert go to support Leicester and not to sing FC United song at a Leicester game. Im glad they can't take their flag. What a post that is!
Daggers Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 i just don't go on about it all the time and bang on about non league football. Oasis, anyone? Banging band. Right?
maddog Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 I've just had a premonition. We are going to destroy Derby tomorrow 4-0, with all the goals coming in the first 15 minutes. And every single goal a header. Hobbs, Brown, Howard and Fryatt!!!
Fosse Boy Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 To repeat a Blur song 'it's not about you joggers who go round and round and round'As for AFIE mentioning non-league football, I think the only mention he's made in recent weeks was Cambridge and where their support come off.....which in the process isn't specifically about 'non-league' given their divisional status up until all then recently. I made one post in one thread about why I like non-league football! So yeah, sorry for going on and on about it Hugo. As for all the other bollocks I'm accused of constantly moaning about. Yeah I probably do, but at least I keep my opinions in the relevant threads (most of the time) as I did in the case of this one. If you don't like what I post about and the opinions I have, you know where the ignore button is.
Budweiser Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 Oasis, anyone?Banging band. Right? No. EDIT: I responded to that wrong, I think I meant yes Just leave Oasis out of it, quality band
Zingari Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 I've just had a premonition. We are going to destroy Derby tomorrow 4-0, with all the goals coming in the first 15 minutes. And every single goal a header. Hobbs, Brown, Howard and Fryatt!!! in that particular order ?
Unit Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 this has turned into a bunch of old women arguing. how sad.
flagman Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 Jeez guys i check last night and only 4 pages, check tonight and now 6!! Sounds like you all been having inter rivalry on this messageboard, its like that on the Derby boards!!!! Thanks for all the support from the guys that have posted on here agreeing with me on the flag being refused and also to the guys that have added me on Fbook! It very much seems it was a police issue from what i understand and them being very sensitive with flags... Hmmm.... As a previous Derby fan mentioned the flag will be back on the road up North come Tuesday when we play Middlesboro! Anyway, thanks again and i will never post again on here unless we win!! Take it easy guys, Nick
C-man Posted 16 October 2009 Posted 16 October 2009 No one is forcing you to follow Leicester and in my opinion you're not a real City fan anyway. You didn't go Cov away because you said the atmosphere would be rubbish. Well i'm sorry me and Albert go to support Leicester and not to sing FC United song at a Leicester game. Alb doesn't go to Leicester games!
Tommeh Posted 17 October 2009 Posted 17 October 2009 Ridiculous turn in the thread. Agree with pretty much every ponint AFIE made. Hope the Derby fan still enjoyed his trip.
flagman Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Enjoyed the trip as always matey to the Walkers, must say your atmosphere has improved over the years... Also liked giving the big drummer some stick but he adds to the atmosphere so all good! Thought the game was pretty poor to be honest, we came for the point and got the point so guess we should be happy! Good luck for the rest of the season and see you at PPS next year! Nick
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Banning the flag was really quite unecessary, and petty.

Nick now that's good to hear from an away fan
Ashley Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Stewards and Coppers ruining our fun when we was throwing the sheeps over the place in N block, and they took my beach ball
Uncle Albert Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Alb doesn't go to Leicester games! Correct but when I do they are usually special moments.
Uncle Albert Posted 18 October 2009 Posted 18 October 2009 Waste of money anyway really. Exactly £20 odd to try and stand for 90 minutes. <_< Only messing.
CosbehFox Posted 19 October 2009 Posted 19 October 2009 now that's good to hear from an away fan I don't where it's coming from but a Preston fan said the same to me recently.
