s2000 Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 Just a couple of points - Beattie - He's been linked with Villa and Blackburn, his wages ! McCormack - Unlikely to leave a very strong Cardiff side for us. Cleverly- On loan at Watford for the season now, I believe. Routledge - His wages must be large and he isn't that good (imo), besides, there are better and cheaper alternatives. However, Ambrose + Adam would be good signings. Not to keen on Hoolahan it must be said. well mccormack isn't reakky getting that many games so you never no
s2000 Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 Preston's left back, forgot his name now. sean st ledger? on loan at middlesbrough or callum davidson
The Doctor Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 well mccormack isn't reakky getting that many games so you never no could that possibly be because he's spent the majority of the season out injured?
s2000 Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 Ross Wallace is who I meant. isn't he a midfielder?
s2000 Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 could that possibly be because he's spent the majority of the season out injured? oh i didn't no that but hes back now and only playing as a sub
Ozwin Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 isn't he a midfielder? Even better then. I know he can play left back though so the versitility would be nice. I rate a lot of Preston's side tbh, I wouldn't mind a few of their players.

Budweiser Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 Ross Wallace is who I meant. Great shout sir.
The Doctor Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 oh i didn't no that but hes back now and only playing as a sub i'd say the cardiff manager is slowly re-introducing him to first team football with 10 minutes here and there untill McCormack is ready to start a game.
Jimothy Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 Not sure if he's been mention on here already, but Arsenal might be loaning out Jack Wilshere in January. Would be a quality signing for the rest of the season and would give us some creativity.
Dan Posted 13 December 2009 Posted 13 December 2009 I, like many others on here agree that Preston has an absolute squad full of players I'd like to see at this club. Ross Wallace and Richard Chaplow are two of the standouts for me, Chaplow looked a superb player against us and really did take the game by himself, and Wallace is a superb player, great technical player and can hit a free kick beautifully. Those two would be fantastic captures for us. I think this Wilshere one might actually have more to it than just a rumour, soccervoice, which said we wanted him, had quite a few rumours on it which are quite known rumours, not just any old rubbish. God knows how realiable the site is, but it may, just may happen.

God knows how realiable the site is, but it may, just may happen. Oh I hadn't realised it was an actual rumour, just thought he'd be a good player who we could draft in and they'll be loaning out the young ones now they are out the League Cup. Would be brilliant if we could get him.
jonw88 Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 Weren't they touting Wilshere to go to the World Cup next summer? I didn't understand it myself, especially seeing how young he is and that he's not getting any first team action (a bit like the Walcott situation last World Cup). Anyway I hope we do get someone of his calibre in for the second half of the season, doubt it would improve his England chances but would definitely give us some flair in midfield.
Ozwin Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 Wilshire isn't going to the World Cup next summer. I can guarantee that. He'd have to score 50 goals in the next few months to stand a chance.
ozleicester Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 The lad on the left. Your left.. or my left ?
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 Who was that Australian player who looked like Jesus in your previous sig? Same guy he was playing in the bundesliga but now he is in the J-league banging them in week after week.
SOCCERROO FOX Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 Nick Carle would be nice aswell, attacking creative midfielder. Good player but doubt he will improve the squad but given regular game time he maybe be a very good aqusition.
SMX11 Posted 14 December 2009 Author Posted 14 December 2009 Wesolowski re-call Gradel re-call Lewandowski (i know the rumour is probably bull but i wish it to be true )/ Hooper Darren Ambrose- I called for him to be signed up in the summer but NP ignored me He can play on both wings and through the middle class player.
TrickyTrev Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 A right back who can carry the ball forwards.
s2000 Posted 14 December 2009 Posted 14 December 2009 A right back who can carry the ball forwards. any names?
