SMX11 Posted 7 December 2009 Author Posted 7 December 2009 Lewandowski is a Football Manager god but i doubt he is a good in real life. Would be nice to see if he is though
Lichfieldfox. Posted 7 December 2009 Posted 7 December 2009 Abi Tittmus will do me.........I'll leave the other stuff to Pearson
mmarkie Posted 7 December 2009 Posted 7 December 2009 Lee Hodson, the young Watford right back, would be a good signing and seeing as they are in the shit financially it doesn't seem to unrealistic.
CosbehFox Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 Wasn't it Finnegan who was raving about Lewandowski a while back? Yeah and he also made out we were about to sign him. Being a casual Poland fan (although admittely not a massive fan of this generation), he's alright. Difficult to say whether he'd cope with the rough and tumble of the English leagues. He was fine in Europe but that was a slower pace. Murawski was the better player at Lech but he's gone to the Russian Champions.
Ultra Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 Might be if carrot head gets the chop. Megson getting the push may improve Davies's chances there. Even if we guaranteed first-team football, I don't think he would want to drop into the Championship anyway.
Swanny Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ity/8401965.stm James Beattie would be a good signing but doubt he would drop down to championship and i imagine we wouldn't be the only ones after him
Tha Carter Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 How bout Henry. He is gettin old now. Wuld be gud 4 us.
Leicester4Eva Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 How about Darren Ambrose from palace attacking midfielder whos scoring for fun at the minute, hasnt been paid since november as palace are finacially in the sh1t so it would be hard to turn down a decent offer and surely he would come with not being paid ect.. ??? Thought??
Fox92 Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 Read that Derby are being forced to sell Kris Commons and Rob Hulse

I know hes a decent player but to be honest i did not think he was that good, not a lot of prem clubs chasing his signature when he was at wolves.

I think he would be a quality signing, also after watching Cleverly would love to see him back here on loan. Thats if hes back at Man Utd in January? Also was saying to a mate today George Boyd wouldn't be a bad shout.
FantasticMrFuchs Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 Beattie would be very nice!! And not impossible signing if Milan puts his hand in his pocket, Although Nigel would rather sign some 2nd rate player instead like Gally who really isnt the best player and in my opinion is not worth the 1mill we paid for him!!

Hardly a surprise when you play a striker on the left wing....
Joe. Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 Also was saying to a mate today George Boyd wouldn't be a bad shout. Is when you consider Peterborough would want at least £4m for him.
StanSP Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 http://www.itv.com/sport/football/news/pre...-789948984.html Worth a shot?
Spiritwalker Posted 8 December 2009 Posted 8 December 2009 http://www.itv.com/sport/football/news/pre...-789948984.htmlWorth a shot? Loaning a couple of good young prem players is more likely than Milan spending millions in Jan now that our chances of promotion look slimmer than Victoria Beckam on the Atkins diet.
Samilktray Posted 9 December 2009 Posted 9 December 2009 Nathan Ellington and Sol Campbell please. We havent had a natural finisher of Nathans ability since Brian Deane, would be a cheap and effective solution to our goal scoring problems. Also I think we need Big Sol to shake things up in the changing room a bit and put Wayne Brown in his place, plus he'll be free.
Guest ttfn Posted 9 December 2009 Posted 9 December 2009 Ben Watson , Charlie Adam and P Kisnorbo ! ttfn's fact of the day. City never conceded 8 in 2 games with Kisnorbo at the back.
The Doctor Posted 9 December 2009 Posted 9 December 2009 Abi Tittmus will do me.........I'll leave the other stuff to Pearson you wish.
StanSP Posted 9 December 2009 Posted 9 December 2009 Fulham have sent a circular to Premier League and Championship clubs to make it be known that strikers Eddie Johnson and David Elm, forward Seol Ki-Hyeon and defenders Fredrik Stoor and Toni Kallio are available for transfer as the Cottagers try to slash their wage bill. From BBC Gossip Column/Daily Mail. Would we realistically be able to get any of these? Mandaric said he would give Pearson some money, but would they be good enough for us and will we have enough money to get any of the above if so?
