SystonFox Posted 17 August 2013 Posted 17 August 2013 Don't lie. 9,000 day trippers would sit there emotionless. We'd also have to pay £64 a ticket for the privelege
ScouseFox Posted 17 August 2013 Posted 17 August 2013 Saints > Villa Nah there was people on the front 3 or 4 rows videoing on their phones, pussies
SystonFox Posted 17 August 2013 Posted 17 August 2013 Nah there was people on the front 3 or 4 rows videoing on their phones, pussies Guarantee there was in the villa end too. Don't get why people do that? Especially when it's ya own team facing a peno. Fair enough if it gets saved it goes off but what if it goes in? You hear the other fans celebrating and you feel like shit!
Guest Bilo Posted 18 August 2013 Posted 18 August 2013 Don't lie. 9,000 day trippers would sit there emotionless. We'd also have to pay £64 a ticket for the privelege Nah, it's always cheaper for the FA Cup and we as a fanbase always get up for it. Look at Norwich, Man City and Chelsea trips in recent years.

Harry - LCFC Posted 19 December 2013 Posted 19 December 2013 Anyone ever take a glance over at the away fans at the KP. As much as I dislike conceding, the wobbling mass after an opposition goal can be quite a spectacle. Think someone posted it before but Knockaert's goal against Watford has a pretty good reaction to it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=mWJ6OwP4Ih0#t=44 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a6WkpUhcvt8 1:23 & 2:16 Fvcking hell. Mad. That's what football's all about though! You'll struggle to find celebrations like that in other sports.
Soar Fox Posted 19 December 2013 Posted 19 December 2013 Anyone ever take a glance over at the away fans at the KP. As much as I dislike conceding, the wobbling mass after an opposition goal can be quite a spectacle. Yeah I sit bang on the halfway line opposite the away fans, always have a little look over. Last really good one was probably Cardiff around this time last year. Just saw the West Ham end tonight at Tottenham now that did look mental.
Dan Posted 19 December 2013 Posted 19 December 2013 I'll bet our end was pretty insane for Knockaert's goal. On TV it was the most underwhelming thing ever, but actually in there, just wow. Everton are the kings for this in England.
Bert Posted 19 December 2013 Posted 19 December 2013 Blackpool away was our best end after Kings goal this season. Agree with Dan, Everton always produce a good end, even at home in the Gwladys Street End. Villa in there with a shout too.
AndWhat? Posted 19 December 2013 Posted 19 December 2013 West hams last night looked quality. Got to agree with Dan, our end at forest looks shit considering what had just happened. Still love the video cause it takes me back to what it was like actually in that end.
AndWhat? Posted 19 December 2013 Posted 19 December 2013 The reason why Everton are the kings of this is because non of them stand up, so when they score it has a bigger impact going from sitting to going crazy. Everton have the weirdest fans in the country.

True when I saw it I just thought why did our fans hardly celebrate one of the best moments in recent times? Maybe its that shit netting they have in the front couple of seats...not sure but it looked really poor. Everton fans are an odd bunch sit in silence but go mental when they do score.
Dan Posted 19 December 2013 Posted 19 December 2013 I'm pretty sure I'm not on my own in feeling the slightest bit of emptiness when Oviedo's goal at Man Utd went in without any view of the away end...

I lost a shoe for the rest of the game at Blackpool when that went in found it again after. West hams last night looked quality. Yeh definitely, the cameras did it absolutely no justice at all. True when I saw it I just thought why did our fans hardly celebrate one of the best moments in recent times? To be honest if it wasn't for the netting I'd have fancied a few on the pitch.

Yeah I understand the purpose of it, I was trying to understand why the celebrations looked pretty timid.
Banks Posted 20 December 2013 Posted 20 December 2013 Our end at Forest when we scored was poor, due to most of priority 1 at the front being fans that sit at away games and old people, hence why it wasn't as spectacular as our away end at some places.
Bert Posted 20 December 2013 Posted 20 December 2013 We had a great end v West ham at Upton Park when we lost 3-2 there, Kings 1st goal.
Banks Posted 20 December 2013 Posted 20 December 2013 We had a great end v West ham at Upton Park when we lost 3-2 there, Kings 1st goal. Yeah remember that well, was a class atmosphere from both sides even though we lost. Think it helped due to the whole away end standing.

Blackpool away is the only away day I've done so far this season and it was mental after Kingy's goal. We was still going mental over the equaliser I'm making the trip to Loftus Road tomorrow so here's hoping
AndWhat? Posted 20 December 2013 Posted 20 December 2013 2 videos of a different type of mental that I love.
purpleronnie Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 Hearts mental was great despite them nailed on for relegation. v=6a1AfnyrZZA&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D6a1AfnyrZZA
Father Ted Posted 3 January 2014 Posted 3 January 2014 Hearts mental was great despite them nailed on for relegation. v=6a1AfnyrZZA&desktop_uri=%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D6a1AfnyrZZA Was just about to post that! Was watching it last night and I think that was the first shot they had on target as well That whole end absolutely erupted. Hibs ends did too likewise!
