Can we not just hate them? I don't see it as a rivalry, I just hate them because just about every Forest fan i've ever met is a deluded shit dink.

I live in Nottingham and had a Leicester flag up in my window at uni last year.. To say the people of Nottingham were pleased to see it would be a hideous lie.

RedHux is the only decent Forest fan I've come across as he's not a delusional WuM and actually seems like he's the only one that actually has the education required to get a job.

I don't care if Forest say they don't hate us and they only hate Derby, that's good for them but then it's easy to say one thing but behave in a completely contradicting way.. Which a fair few of their fans tend to do when playing us..

The way a couple of them are behaving on here is so small-time they remind me of Plymouth of 2 seasons back and Leeds last season. Bless them.

Can Forest fans not hate 2 teams? I respect that Derby are their biggest rivals and most Leicester fans will admit that but to say you don't care about us when you clearly do is laughable, in denial.

It's probably a hate thing with the sheep and local rivalry with yourselves. There's always this fuss about local derbys and who hates who the most but I'd definitely say there's a nice bit of local rivalry between our two sides whatever anyone says.

Although, I do live in Loughborough so I'm bound to feel it a bit more then those to my immediate north

WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR LITTLE POXY CLUB GO AND HAVE YOUR LOCAL DERBY WITH COVENTRY !!!

We only hate Derby !!!

it's called building up to a game seeing as how the matches are more important than gossip however if you look back a few pages you'll find we care more about edgar fooking davids than your club Fighting Off Relegation Every Saturday Tea-time. Besides there is no need to shout.

LESDA doesn't have coverage yet - there's a place called Leicester though that was the first city to have a local radio station. :thumbup:

My memories of Forest away don't really extend past the two cup games the year we went down.

But my last league game at the City Ground was on the 22nd of January 2000. Living in Nottingham, I went to County and Forest games now and again, and on that particular day against West Bromwich Albion, I witnessed a 0-0 draw. Shameful as it may sound to a forum of Leicester fans, there was a time where I said Forest were the team I 'supported'. I was only 7 or 8 though, so let's put that down to naivety of youth.

Hearing of my visits to the City Ground, my uncle started taking me to Leicester games and eventually ensured I'd be a blue (of course moving to Leicester later that year helped), and so playing Forest has that extra factor than any other team in our division. The game I looked for first when the fixtures came out, and seeing as I left it until Thursday afternoon to buy, a game I'm lucky to be going to.

I went that game. Sat in Brian Clough Stand just after it was named. Left on about 65 minutes, awful game and my Dad did was complain how much it cost him.

Going off the reaction off Forest fans at work on Monday morning, I think they do have it in for us. Just like certain boneheads did after Clarke's incident.

Cause i find it funny that Lesda "fans" hate us so much and we couldnt give a flying you know what about you lot.

Hmm, ok so why do all the Forest fans that I know have a massive problem with Leicester?

Tbh i dont think you will see that on Sat... To us its just another game with a so called "rival"?? that we couldnt care less about.

Dont get me wrong its a big game cause we are both up there, however its not a fixture i look out for to be honest.

Surely it's a game that would interest all Forest fans when the fixture list came out? Leicester Forest is a big match. I bet it was one of the first you looked for, but your subconscious just won't let you admit it.

Gotta be bullshine.
