Shrenchel Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 South Park. Titus Bramble. Internet porn. Mobile phones, MP3 players and that. Bosnia. Price of exotic fruits. Is that about it?! Hardly makes up for football, music and pubs does it.
Dr The Singh Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 My salary and nostalgia ALcohol, I can finally afford to drink in pubs, rather then drowning myself in cheap high alcohol content beverages!!
Sir Fynwy Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 Pub food and opening times are better but pubs in general aren't. Cars are better but you can't get anywhere in them because every fooker has one. Planes are better but travelling on them isn't.
samlcfc Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 Pub food and opening times are better but pubs in general aren't. Went to see my mate up in Hull a few weeks ago and they have some surprisingly nice pubs up there.

I'll stay in Blighty.
Guest Bilo Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 Mobile phones now are better than the old bricks we had to carry around. Camera phones are now so good you don't even need a separate camera. As for the airplane food, maybe it's just because the last few flights I've made have been more BA and American than the Air 2000 and Britannia of old.
Daggers Posted 17 December 2009 Posted 17 December 2009 Aids Fest. I'll stay in Blighty. Surely that depends upon who is playing? It may be Status Quo.
