How do you know? You weren't there! lol

Yes, only getting a point out of this is a little disappointing but we're still in 6th frickin'place! Think about it folks!

No I wasnt there, but strangely you dont actually need to go to realise we only scored one today, you only have to listen to the amount of times Stringer said 'poor ball by Brown', and how many times was King mentioned during the commentary today? -Not many.

So you need to go to the game to work that out do you?

If we get to wembley it'l be a giant flask fest.

Never was the case all them years ago. I remember 3 coaches going from Brauny alone to the play-off finals. Depends how the tickets are priced.

Oh look it's overreaction city again. Get a grip you utter weapons. How is it two points dropped when by all accounts we were battered second half?

Yes we threw away a brief lead but we rode our luck and dug in to get another point away from home.

Some of the opinions on here are nothing short of embarrassing.

Thank **** someone's got their head screwed on. Thought I was going barmy thinking a point was a good result.

Well I suppose, on paper, we should be winning these games, but it's not like that, Plymouth got a point against Swansea and beat Cardiff so they are capable of getting results against the teams near the top.

We're still in a good position, much better than I expected, so I'm not going to get too down about it.

Stringer's only passing an opinion of the game though, that's the point. If you ever get the chance, listen to the opposition commentary and the differences are massive. The commentator from Leicester will continuely hold his opinion from previous games, whereas the opposition only sees Leicester the once.

Totally agree, some ridiculous comments. We drew a game which by the sounds of it we could have easily lost, accept the draw and move on.

Saw today as a potential banana skin, certainly happy with a point, is a point in the right direction. Sill 6th, game/ games in hand on some teams.

Keep the faith!

So you judge how well someone has played based on a) how many times STRINGER, of all people, mentions them, and b) what Stringer says? Fickle, at best. On a shite pitch, we played well, had a few good chances and hit the post. We were unlucky, again.

You are a bit of a serial moaner though, and let's face it, you would've been off to watch P'boro if it hadn't been called off.

True and Stringer is obviously biased too, but its obvious from seeing Brown at every home game he cant pass though.

Yes, I am a moaner, becasue I have high expectations, but I'm certainly not the only moaner, you only have to listen to Radio Leicester after the match to hear even more. And, yes I would have gone to see Posh, I'd much rather go and watch another game than sit hear getting really excited and tense every time we bring the ball over the halfway line, only to hear the line 'just wide' or 'hits the post'. And for once I wanted to see Posh win and do us a favour by beating Sheff Utd.

It helps. Especially when you're as cretinous as you appear to be.

In case you haven't worked it out yet, radio commentators don't mention who's on the ball 100% of the time. They can't. Plus if you noticed all the noshing off of Stringer in that embarrassment of a matchday thread, you'd realise that Stringer spends most of his time chatting about little girls' clothes and the smell of pasties rather than summarizing the football.

I am not just referencing it to Brown, I am refering to the performance as a whole which highlighted as poor off a radio commentator. To top it off, the BBC would rather provide two blokes whose experience of playing football is that down 5-a-side and Sunday mornings, the opinions would have some credit if they had played the game and with success but that's a seperate moan.

Brown's a blocker no more, no less. Hobbs is no better at passing. Morrison probably slightly better at distribution and Tunchev the best at the club but there's a reason these lads are playing for us rather than Premiership.

Tbh he did not judge Brown he just said he couldn't kick a ball which is imo is true. Every single time Brown went for the long ball vs Scunny he gave it away and Stringer mentioned Brown kicking it out or to an opposition player an awful lot of times today.

Not too down about only getting a point, one of those places where we never seem to do that well.

6 unbeaten and 3 points at home and 1 away has always been viewed as being good enough for play offs.

I love the "hopeless" comment, its as if we have some divine right to win away games against teams fighting for their lives.

6 points from Donny and Forest now please, and an extra special drubbing of that sky blue shit in March will make me very happy.

lol why the fuck is stringer getting attacked now. Good commentator, how he's responsible for the ****** comments I'll never know.

Anyway, I hoped for a win but a point away is good anywhere you go in the championship. Usually always lose down there so makes a decent change. I'll take that.

He isn't....people are just saying his commentator is one particular view of the game and it can't be taken as gospel. Well he wasn't until what I've just wrote.

Anyway he brings a lot of the grief on himself....he said before the commentatory 'I won't mention the pitch...', I lost count how many times he mentioned it!!! IMO he's like a unfunny Partridge.

why do people think we should be beating teams like plymouth? surely every team should be thinking they should be beating us? we only got back into this league this season and are in an amazing position for a newly promoted team surely people must think we are having a good season? even punching above our weight slightly? 6th in the table unbeaten in 6 2 games in hand over our closest rival? whats the problem? plymouth are a team fighting for there lives (remeber what that felt like 2 seasons ago?!) and at this stage of the season the teams at the bottom will not just roll over and we just need to keep plugging away picking up points away and winning at home!

Sounds like we continued with the 433 and tried to 'play football' even on a shitty pitch which is a big plus.

Not only are we still going through a learning curve in terms of this division but we're also having to come to terms with the new formation and style of play and with a number of players getting used to each other.

All this takes time but as long as we stick with this style we're going in the right direction and that's as much as I could hope for with an improved level of entertaining football and maintaining a top 6 spot.

I swear people do it to piss you off. Radio Leicester shouldn't bother giving these mugs airtime who slag the team off.

I share the opinion that every game is different, Like earlier for example. Man Utd were clear favourites to beat Everton, but they didn't. You should never count your eggs and say oh we should win this game, it'll be a walk in the park.

I also share the opinion, that your not expected to win your away games. So anything is a bonus. I know this sounds silly, but It keeps you in a positive mindframe when the result goes against you. Look on the brightside, We've gained a point, One more closer to cardiff, and further away from Middlesborough and Sheffield United.

As someone else said. Keep The Faith. (It's mega corney, and overused)

Good post.

When we were struggling in this division we usually did okay against the better sides, so today's result, though frustrating, shouldn't be a major surprise.

WIN at home DRAW away.

Bunch of fu cking arsewipes spitting their shite in these post match things every week now.

Plymouth won 3-1 at Barnsley last week, the same Barnsley who won 2-0 at Cardiff today, anyone not realise this league is seriously fu.cked up yet? Plymouth's always a tough place to go purely for the distance.

Credit to those who went look forward to what they have to say as opposed to folk who sit and arselick this Stringer character.
