Play offs and Wembley (Keep the faith)

It was an amateur move by the club to not check that people could actually buy tickets online. Queuing I'm fine with, I just expect that once I've queued I don't get error messages telling me I don't have the right membership to buy tickets for general sale. As such I was booted out and I've been queuing for half an hour since (and the progress bar is at about 10%). I think that's why a lot of people are frustrated.

Indeed that is why we are frustrated.1

I'm used to this type of rubbish service when seetickets sell glastonbury tickets

0845: on the website, everything was nice and fast, only to be told "You don't have the correct membership."

0855: See above.

0857: OMG QUEUE! Took about 15 minutes to be told there was a problem with the website.

0920: Started queuing again and I've got about an inch in in 50 minutes.

Phone lines are completely rammed too.

Out of interest, the reason for the website queue is so that the actual site where you get to pick your tickets doesn't crash. This is likely just a front-end and they're only letting xx people through at any particular time.

Keep the faith! Hopefully all the people that want a ticket will get one :)

Anyone got tickets online? Seems like a waist of time to try.

I understand the reason for the website queue,

I just wished it didn't either crash or say i can't buy tickets when I get to the other end of it!

They just couldn't plan ahead carefully enough. I've just started an experiment and tried ordering online, too (just to see how it's working out).

After half an hour, I'm this far:

I was on at 9.00 and just got to the end of the queue now and it said your session has timed out and I have to start again. :@

Hi guys, the online system does seem to be working now when you get through. I've been on it since 9am and got through 5 minutes ago and bought tickets. there seems to be lots of tickets left too. Now I'd best get back to work before i'm sacked.... thank god the boss was away today.

I got an email from Pat in the ticket office at 10:20 am (I like Pat, he/she's nice) and she said there were 10,000 tickets left. Since the membership fiasco earlier on seems to have affected everyone, hopefully we'll still be able to get tickets.

Do you get charged for ringing?

My online bar is moving quickly now, nearly at the end but no doubt it will have timed out when it gets to the end.

I would expect so - 0844 is local rate and a minimum call charge will no doubt apply. Every time you hit redial it's probably costing you 5p! All into BTs coffers :)

I finally got through on the phone but they're having technical difficulties processing payments at the minute :sweating:

Oh and A WORD OF WARNING

I got through on the phone only for the operator (a nice person by the way who was understanding of the situation) to inform me that the system has crashed. This was the all important have you bought tickets before system which contains my adress etc.

Amyway I waited on the phone whilst she kept refreshing. It eventually worked.

1) Online doesn't work.

2) Telephone doesn't work

3) The system operating behind them doesn't work....

Just purchased my tickets over the phone, had been waiting and getting messed around online since 8:56am so I decided to give the 'special' hotline a go over the phone...Straight through and other than a hitch with the system at the ticket office's end and a 5 minute wait I have now got my tickets and will be delivered out to me for Friday. J Block as well, not convinced about the £2 booking fee per ticket but oh well!

Good Luck people, don't give up trying as there are thousands left!
