Play offs and Wembley (Keep the faith)

Was well impressed with the Ticket office when I ordered mine. Ordered them about 1pm on the day they went on sale for ST holders, they came the day after. Faster than Lloyd Dyer.

I contacted them on Thursday/Friday respectively and got mail today. Bloody quick!

Top-notch service from the Ticket Office - I spoke to a (Scottish?) lad via phone on Thursday and even though the place was going "mental" (as he put it), he remained calm and assisted nicely.

I mean, first ST holders and future ST holders were storming the counters in order to get by the April 30th deadline, then the remaining needy for the Cardiff home game started queueing a few hours later.

Kudos to the club for handling it all so professionally.

It could also be his browser acting up - I've heard some club's online ticket sites have had (or still have) issues with Firefox - additional pop-up windows wouldn't appear.

Try Safari or Explorer  instead, if possible.

Other than that, I guess only an E-Mail to the Ticket Office or, if necessary, a phone call (0044 844 815 5000) will have to do.

Thanks Alexei, I tried IE and that didn't work either. We used to know the ticket manger but he retired last year...I mean how inconsiderate is that?

We'll try phoning tomorrow, failing that, he'll have to find someone who'll part with a ticket for beaucoup d'argent.

thought id got lucky earlier when i checked the OS and it said "general sale" but i wasnt fortunate.

google chrome hates that ticket ordering site anyway but i have to get them before 9:30am wednesday. ive done scrambles for free rage tickets, leeds tickets and all other gigs so this shouldnt be as hard with any luck. if we get to wembley it will be a nightmare for tickets.

Anyone know how likely it is that home tickets for the Cardiff game will get to general sale? I am a member but have waiting as I am going with people who are not members. Fingers crossed.

I planned to get down around 8:30 even though opening time

is 9.hoping those who want tickets will phone up and I won't have to queue too long

Any news on the away leg tickets yet? Apart from the fact we are only getting 2,000

Adults - £26.

Concessions - £15.

I'm gearing up for some fun waiting on the phone and frantic clicking on the computer tomorrow morning. I feel, as someone who has been to zero home games this season, that I shouldn't have to wait for tickets with the hoi polloi. What an absolute joke.

Not surprising, but disappointing to read it in print: the OS declares arrangements for only P1 and P2 for the away tickets. No chance for the rest of us then. But I didn't think the club had 2,000 P1 and P2 supporters? Where are the other tickets going? Or did a lot more people do 'the tour' last season than the year before?

Anyone have any idea on how many tickets have been sold for this yet? (an approximate figure).

I thought this too, I remember reading somewhere that there were meant to be 400 P1 and about 500 P2, though I could be entierly imagining that. It did baffle me that they reckon none will make P3 day though. Surely there will be some left, even if it's a minescule amount.

My dad went in today to ask as he wants one tomorrow morning. They said then (about 3pm) that there were 11,000 left.

Let the scrum begin.

Not according to the cardiff site. Kids and OAPs only.

I've only been charged £15, so I'm assuming students are also included.

Just asked Jim, students are included.
