Jodranadinho Posted 5 May 2010 Posted 5 May 2010 Yeah I reckon SK1 should be up from about half-way. Seem to be a load of old boys there who stand when the conditions permit. Big day tomorrow, hoping Tommeh can pull through for me. I also noticed this standing happening in SK1 about halfway up, especially at the newcastle game. Hopefully the stewards will be more relaxed towards standing on sunday
Maybes Posted 5 May 2010 Posted 5 May 2010 Im in sk1 also row p. Does any1 actually know what happens if we reach the final? as in how many tickets we get and is there priority. Will i have to camp out over night to get my wembley tik? No priority mate. Goes straight to general sale - so basically a mad scram.
the_foxes_till_i_die Posted 5 May 2010 Posted 5 May 2010 Does any1 know what the day they will go on sale? IF we get there? im nervous about not getting a ticket

As far as I can remember the last 4 play offs and 3 league cup final wembley allocations have all been sold the same way, ST holders first, members then general sale. Never heard of it going straight to general sale before! 40000 descend on the ticket office?!

Anish Posted 5 May 2010 Posted 5 May 2010 Maybes is clearly having you all on. Obviously they will have the same priority system in place.
Karljohn Posted 5 May 2010 Posted 5 May 2010 I was actually being sarcastic mate in reply to his dumbass question. Hmmm thought so Your answer did have me reaching for my season ticket book t&c's though.... And I quote "ST does not guarantee a seat for major cup finals, play offs etc" tickets will be sold on away priority card system or any other loyalty scheme in place at the time"! IF we do make Wembley there's going to be shitloads of overtime going at the ticket office that's for sure.
ramboacdc Posted 5 May 2010 Posted 5 May 2010 to be fair, to hand it to the ticket office staff, when i rang up they apologised for the problems in the system and then when i got to the ticket office they said it had been manic and they had had problems all day and apologised again. was frustrating but i got there in the end. anyone ever manage to get tickets online? i left at 9:20am and just got back and can see the topic has exploded.

Looks like it was a mad rush at the start of the day, not many problems after 1. Just a bit of a wait.
Hugo Sanchez Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 I went down at 6:15 am yesterday, was 4th in line. Got tickets in SK1, so i'm happy.
BrummieFOX Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 Parking in Cardiff... I trained it to the FA Cup game this season but due to work it's not possible this time around. Driving from Birmingham (anyone else?), straight from work so does anyone have any info on where's best to park for easy access of the ground. Cheers.

nothin2seehere Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 Just a quick note to anyone wondering - the tickets I bought over the phone yesterdya arrived this morning. For once Royal Mail seems to have done what they're paid to do On that note, I also received someone else's tickets - or at least the missus reckons they are without actually opening them. Royal Mail efficiency cancelling out my earlier thumbs up!

Dan Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 Home leg in my Season Ticket seat and away leg on Row JJ, coach 2. And Mum collected both, love it.
CheshireFox Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 That will be the confirmation of card payment which looks simular to a ticket. in a different envelope?? doubt it!
davieG Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 in a different envelope?? doubt it! If you're blaming the PO then I presume it's got a different address on it so you should know who to pass it on to, if it's your address then it's a TO cock up
nothin2seehere Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 Aye, the address is different. The PO sometimes ignore the fact we live in a flat and deliver mail to <flat number> street name instead of <flat number @ complex> street name. Bored yet? I am. Back to the cricket.
the_foxes_till_i_die Posted 6 May 2010 Posted 6 May 2010 well got my tickets today. Ordered online yest so fast postage. Great work from TO and royal mail
