I've got a short story for y'all.

I arrive back at home from work at 5.30pm.. Cook myself a nice dinner, sit down and watch Shameless on V+. Finish up and decide it's time to go and cast my vote.. So I leave the house for the polling station which is on the next street..

As I'm walking down the road, I spot this envelope in the middle of the path, I can clearly see the outline of the LCFC logo on the ticket stuffed inside. Lo and behold, there are my tickets, in the envelope, just dropped on the middle of the pavement, on the next street to mine.. Who do I complain to? I know it'll fall on deaf ears, but it's just ****ing lucky that I found them I guess!

Hi,

New to the forums. For some reason I can't start a new topic, to ask what I wanted.

Does anyone know a good place to park the car in Cardiff (for free of course)? Any parking near the stadium (1 - 2 miles ish)?

Away fans dedicated Car Park at Cardiff City Stadium, £5.00.

Post Code for Sat Nav CF11 8AB,

Car park leads directly to away fans turnstiles.

Their website says if visiting supporters bring a lot of coaches, this could be closed to cars.

Assuming you can't get in there, does anyone else know where you can park nearby? Someone told me it's next to a massive industrial estate with street parking.. but I've not been there before.

There's a casino within touching distance of the ground where you'll be able to park plus plenty of other places along sloper road towards the grangetown station end. Many industrial estates along this way

Mate bells me up, " I've got a spare ticket for Wednesday "

" Lovely then, i'll take it "

Train is £21 to get there from paddington, sweet.

However, no bastard trains back and I don't fancy pottering about in Cardiff until 5am for the first one back on Thursday.

Not in any way happy at all.

Try The Sandringham hotel on St Marys St. They have some cheap rooms there or theirs a hostel in riverside to consider both 10 minutes from the train station.

I know it's a boring old question but anyone happen to know / remember what the back row is?

Shouldn't matter though as if a single person wants to sit at the play-off semi away leg on a Wednesday night they'd surely have to be some kind of pagan neanderthal...

They seem to be updating the number of home tickets sold on the OS.

Why don't they do that with the away tickets, rather than keeping it to themselves, they could have said sold so many hundred P1 away tickets sold yesterday etc.

Cover up.

I'm row FF.

If every window had a pile of tickets the same size as the woman that served me, there are far more than 350/500 left, surely!?

How on earth have we not already sold out?

Every part-time fan I know has got a ticket and yet we're still only at 27k. I'm guessing that includes their 3k too!

Really wish you hadn't have mentioned that.

Only thing I can think of is the fact it's on TV at a horrible KO time.

Still shocking we havn't sold out though really.

Fair enough its on the Sunday but 1.15 aint too bad. Easy enough to get to like.

Biggest game in last 5 years and we've only sold 27k. Tis poor.

Dear Kyle,

Thank you for your email. Please keep a check on our website regarding tickets for the away leg as we will make an announcement shortly.

Kind Regards

Jim

Ticket Office

Keep checking the website, and hopefully some tickets will be left over for you guy who can't get one.

The only thing I can think of is I think the club made it all too complicated. Should have been season ticket holders then straight to general sale. None of this final three bullshit. (I'm aware that that scheme made the club some money on the Watford and Middlesbrough games, however)

I do expect it to sell out tomorrow though.

I was down the Ticket Office queing from 6am this morning.

Around 400 left when I was down there, rumor has it coperate people have had some of the fans tickets..

It's an absolute piss take the club are prepared to lie and bullshit about the away tickets.

We were told by Jim there were 1100 P1s and P2s from the previous Championship season, so how that figure would have gone up with League One away games, i'm pretty sure it wouldn't. A lot of fans wouldn't have bothered with League One and there were less local derbies.

So if anything that 1100 figure if true has gone down. Even if it has gone up, i can't see it going up anymore than 200-300 so there should be 500+ tickets at least left over.

The question is, what the fook are the club going to do with them :dunno:

Are they really going to lie to us, and say the 2k are sold out when their not :dunno:

Or if there are any spare will they become avaliable for P3s :dunno:

They need to be transparent about this, the 1100 figure may have been wrong, the club need to release a statement with the exact figure, or estimate figure of the number of P1s and P2s, if they just say 'due to high demand blah blah bullshit' it just isn't good enough.

I know even if some do become avaliable to P3s i may not get one anyway, i don't want the club blatantly lieing to the 12000+ P3 STH about these tickets. It's a joke.

Either give us a figure of the P1s and P2s or let the remaining tickets become avaliable for P3s.

Yes i'm repeating myself again, but it's a total fooking joke if that 1100 figure is true. The fact is there will probably be half of these tickets left for P3s yet none will become avaliable.

Tell us the fooking figure.

Calm down dear, you're making massive assumptions about last seasons P1ers. I know several people who did the league one tour last season which made them the P1 that they weren't last season for this, myself included. Repetition is dull mate, I missed out on Northampton away last season because I was only P3 but I didn't moan about it. Shit happens, if you get a ticket, you get a ticket. There are lots of people in the same boat and not all of them are kicking off. If you're that bothered about how many P1/2ers there are then bug the arse out of Jim when he's really busy and see how far you get!

It goes from A-Z then AA-PP, so there's about 42 rows. By my reckoning U is about halfway up, so it'll be a bit higher than that.

I'm back in SK1 for the first time since our relegation season. It's the big homecoming that everyone's been dreaming of.

Shift along the row a bit and stand with us!
