Jason Puncheon - Southampton

Elliott Bennett - Brighton

Lee Barnard - Southampton

Charlie Austin - Swindon

Derek Riordan - Hibernian

Kevin Thomson - Rangers

Adam Lallana - Southampton

Nicky Maynard - Bristol City (???)

Danny Graham - Watford

Darren Ambrose - Palace

Ross Wallace - Preston

Brett Pitman - Bournemouth

Adam Le Fondre - Rotherham

Few names, await half of them getting shot down.

I am a fan of your work MTWG. I have seen a couple of the lads you mention this season. Some are probably out of our price range sadly.

Bennett being the stand out one of the L1 players you mention, plays both wings, has a eye for goal. However, he joined Brighton for 750k. Then would be looking for some money.

I know it's all daft....but these are the lads who've impressed me as a neutral have been:

Albert Adomah from Barnet. Big, strong just like N'Guessan but with more composure and control. Probably puts in more of a shift than DNG defensively too. Tour de force last week then they needed it.

Craig Dawson from Rochdale. Young, calm and collected. Centre-half would be ideal if Bruce doesn't sign, Brown is off and Tunch is crocked. Scored 12 goals off set-pieces too!! Not the finished product but worthy of a punt.

Lee Peltier from Huddersfield. Up and down right-back, very skillful, very fit. Not troubled at all when I watched Huddersfield. Ex-Liverpool. We need a right-back. Ideal IMO.

Out : Oakley, Neilson, McGivern, Waghorn (unfortunetly), Howard  , Clemence, DJ, Adams, Kermo. Perhaps cash in on Fryatt.

MY ins realistically : Jermaine Johnson/Jimmy Kebe, Spearing, Vaughan, Another striker - Lambert or somebody proven to score goals at this level e.g. Maynard. Think super steve has played his last game so we need to replace him and Fryatt is shit IMO so a couple of new strikers. I would like to see Vaughan stay and then 3 others to replace Fryatt ( could make some money), Howard, Kermo and well Waggy aint gonna stay.

What I would Like to see:

Weale

Morrison Hobbs new cb or Bruce ? Berner

Gally King Wellens Dyer

new striker new striker/ Vaughan

FAO everybody:

Rickie Lambert is not a realistic transfer target this summer, and probably never will be. We can't afford him, Southampton don't need the money and wouldn't sell him in a million years.

It's going to be a long two months.

Its clear that Pearson's building the side slowly and where we need gaps filling that we haven't got the cash for he's more than capable of finding a solution knocking about the loan market.

Hobbs, Morrison, King, Berner, Fryatt, Gallagher, Wellens, Weale and hopefully Tunchev should provide a very decent basis to build upon. I'm guessing we'll have a million or thereabouts to spend in transfer fees and I'd definitely use it on either an attacking midfielder or a striker, filling any holes with unexpected loan commodities from the Premier League.

Hasn't Hooper said that he wants to stay at S****horpe though? I can't remember where I heard it from though.

We were linked with Tudgay a few weeks back weren't we? Wouldn't mind him here as long as he puts a shift in every game.

Yeah I know a few Wednesday fans and they fooking hate him with a passion.

Seriously not the type of player Pearson will go for. Don't know the ins and outs of his prospective deal to Burnley last summer but I'm guessing SWFC blocked it at the time. Didn't give a fvck from that point onwards apparently.

I saw him at both derbies this season and he looked disinterested in both games. The two most passionate games of the season for all Wednesdayites and he couldn't give one.

Somebody big and mobile to play up front alongside Fryatt, assuming Howard doesn't have another whole season in him at this level.

A new right back to compete with Morrison

At least one new centre midfielder.

Alex Bruce on a permanent deal.

Yes Fryatt is awful . I wouldn't mind super Steve stayin !! I just don't think he will.

You're a total imbecile.

There's having an opinion and it being worthwhile and then there's being plain wrong.

It's a tragedy that the 'minus' button was taken away, I'd love to have seen how many people would have rated that post negatively.

Once again our strikers look weak again without Waghorn and Vaughan.

Howard will be another year older.

Kermo may or may not be here.

Dj Campbell will probably be somewhere else, although if Blackpool stay down we should keep him.

Fryatt is decent.

Gallagher could be if played up front and not on the wing.

So we're going to need strikers again :giggle:

I know what you're saying but there's been a bit of termoil at that club for a while now, when he's interested and in the mood he's one of the best strikers in the division, it's just a matter of getting that out of him. Like you say though, he's not really Pearson's sort of signing, but we'll see.
