We need a right back, a centre back or two and cover at left back. Two central midfielders and at least one, maybe even two wingers, as I don't think Dyer is really up to much. Two strikers at the very least, too. We should explore the possibility of signing Vaughan on a permanent deal as I think he would be very good if he could stay fit. Wish Waghorn would sign but it doesn't look likely. As for ideas on who to sign, I'm not overly sure, Koren would definitely be a quality signing though, especially if we stay as a 4-3-3 system, Koren - Wellens - King would be brilliant. I'd like to see the a solid 16 man squad of players that are ours then bulk the squad out abit more with loan signings. Loan signings are good in the short term but when the loanees return to their parent clubs, it leaves us in the position we're in now in which we're going to have to bring in a substantial amount of players.

Pearson dropped him because he wasn't playing well and wasn't showing much fight in their relegation battle. All depends on if he's improved his attitude or not.
