Guest Bilo Posted 16 August 2010 Posted 16 August 2010 Holy bloody shit! NB: Bear with it, they be talking in foreign.
lcfc_sam_p Posted 16 August 2010 Posted 16 August 2010 L1 and the Fosse boys should work and support echother. I know most of the Fosse Boys respect L1 for standing and singing, its just th type of song they dont really agree with, but its L'1s view of anything new/different thats the problem. These lads are giving their all to make the atmosphere of the Walkers better, and to get more of an original songbook , and everyone no matter where they sit/stand should agree with it. I have a season ticket in L1 before everyone starts having a go..but some of the songs and hatred towards the FB the last few weeks has been nothing short of ridiculous.

Tommy G Posted 17 August 2010 Posted 17 August 2010 My season ticket is in row U of SK1, so about 15/20 rows down from the fosse boys. And FYI Arab I was not the chav spitting and gesturing towards the fosse boys - so where you have got that connection I have no idea. Not a smart move connecting someone with somebody else with no evidence whatsoever? Sums up you really Mr High and Mighty. In my honest opinion I thought the fosse boys did a decent job in raising the atmosphere in the Kop, i am in agreement that the stewards were a bit OTT but people are also very quick to direct the blame directly at them? I mean they will have a boss, who is ultimately head of matchday security at LCFC and he/she will be giving them direct orders to follow on match days, I mean they are only fufilling their job like anyone does on a day to day basis. I dont usually go against my bosses wishes, why should they? If anything was to happen, and someone got hurt (unlikely) the particular steward would be called in to investigate what happened, and if he/she had ignored his duties on the day the he could be used as the blame for the ''incident''. So people who call stewards every name under the sun at times are just small minded, you get some bad eggs I agree - but you do in every walk of life so get over it. My only issue was that some songs were over sang. At one point ''Bring on the Sunderland and Arsenal..etc'' song was sang for a good ten minutes and started getting annoying when only 15 people were actually singing it. Get a few more numbers and it will be more successful, I counted 27 i think from where I sat which is half the number been talked about on the forum that there was supposed to be.. All the best

I think I'm pretty safe in saying that Arab wasn't actually seriously accusing you of being that guy. If anything, this line really sums you up, Mr Takes Everything Far Too Seriously, So Much So That If He's Not Careful He Might Have An Aneurysm By The Age Of 25 From Shouting Too Much At A Computer Screen. I'm going to have to break out the picture of Finnegan again
