Unabomber Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 I would love it one day if the Fosse Boys had the corner from the top right down to the bottom in the form of an enthusiastic mental triangle of support.

Father Ted Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 Just remembered having a conversation with a steward in L1 at half time yesterday. He reckons that the club are gonna start clamping down on standing outside L,K and J again. Reckons the club think its getting out of control and are worried that stands will start getting closed!! (Joke) Also said the club aren't happy with L,K and J but they can control it and the SAG are aware but letting it stand! (no pun intended) SAG??
1964FOX Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 SAG?? Safety Advisory Group. I think, they are the people at Leicester City council who we need to convince that our group does not constitute a risk to overall ground safety. They approve and issue the ground safety certificate in line with guidlines from the Football Licensing Authority.
Simmo86 Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 He said its the steepness of the stands which causes a problem because it can create a domino effect!
Guest Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 ahhh i remember ninja turtles......was about 6 tho i was watching morning tv with my 6 year old daughter the other day and theyre back - she had me telling her who michaelangelo was an explaining splinter was a goodie!

(no pun intended) There's more chance of the council giving Sousa the freedom of Leicester.. The backsides of Barclay et al are still sore from the (metaphorical) kicking they took from the media after the Reading game.
1964FOX Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 He said its the steepness of the stands which causes a problem because it can create a domino effect! Correct and the width of each row is not sufficient for current safe standing fixtures. It would need some major structural work We would need to increase the stadiums capacity or something like that to achieve what we want and the small matter of convincing the FLA to change the rules.
Jodranadinho Posted 3 October 2010 Posted 3 October 2010 'Were to political!' all we wanted to do was show our support for the S****horpe fans and their remaining terraced section. Hopefully the scunny fans saw it before we had to take our banners down. Thought the overall atmosphere on Saturday was very quiet, yet I feel the fosse boys put in another good shift and I definitely had an enjoyable 90minutes signing constantly. I think we should try and make a big push for fans to come join us for the hull game, as people have commented previously how it looks great, but they can't hear us. There is always an empty block to our right and if we could fill that with passionate supporters willing to give it their all, then we should get people getting their tickets there possibly. Gradually more and more people are backing us and getting everyone around us involved at the start (confetti) looked brilliant. Hull will be great, new manager, old manager coming back and hopefully a larger contingent of fosse boys. VIVA Leicester!
LCFC-ARAB Posted 5 October 2010 Posted 5 October 2010 Here y'are! Cheers Lisa! can someone try and get a picture of us doing our grecque (backward jumping) please! would be much apreciated!
Stand UP... Posted 5 October 2010 Posted 5 October 2010 Good picture, finally a picture where i can see my self and not just my arm..wahay
easilee Posted 5 October 2010 Posted 5 October 2010 Here y'are! Noticed the banner behind you folks. Looks excellent. It's little things like that which can soften your heart (just a little) toward the powers that be at LCFC.
easilee Posted 5 October 2010 Posted 5 October 2010 Good ol' read Bentley's. http://www.fansonline.net/leicestercity/mb/view.php?id=253557 According to a bentley's poster, there exists a situation involving Mr. Barclay and some daffodils but he doesn't go into detail. Anyone know what he is talking about? Anyone know where to buy inflatable daffodills?
Stand UP... Posted 5 October 2010 Posted 5 October 2010 Noticed the banner behind you folks. Looks excellent. Yeah they did a professional job of fitting the Fosse Boy's banner i have to say, if that was me who fitted that...it would be all over the ocky
easilee Posted 5 October 2010 Posted 5 October 2010 It's gonna get pretty sunbleached up there though mate. A few months and you will barely be able to make it out. Just thought i'd mention it. Soz!
jonthefox Posted 16 October 2010 Posted 16 October 2010 I noticed a few of you crafty buggers sneaked some flags in today. Did you see the free ones they were handing out btw
Ozwin Posted 16 October 2010 Posted 16 October 2010 Not having a go but when you repeat the same chant for like 10 minutes straight it drives people a bit mental.
Guest Mee-9 Posted 16 October 2010 Posted 16 October 2010 I noticed a few of you crafty buggers sneaked some flags in today. Did you see the free ones they were handing out btw Right thats it, I'm ringing the club tomorrow. Someone could of been impaled on them flag poles. Recipe for disaster. And i'll be complaining at the constant barrage of noise, that we couldn't hear in K block.
lcfc_jme Posted 16 October 2010 Posted 16 October 2010 Not having a go but when you repeat the same chant for like 10 minutes straight it drives people a bit mental. To counter that, ultras abroad sing the same chant continuously and it has been known to exceed 10 minutes. Remember when Leeds were at the Walkers a few years back and they sang WACCOE for 15 - 20 minutes? Yes, it drove people mental, but it was a continuous wall of sound and had no chance of being drowned out, not to mention the fact that everyone involved seemed to be loving it. I also remember a story Kilworth told me en route to an awayer once; I think he said he remembered watching us at home to West Ham and they sung the same song constantly for 90 minutes, which was highly infuriating for him but he conceded it sounded awesome. What I would say is there's no point singing a different song every 30 seconds, rinsing your songbook after the first 10 minutes of the game and then having to recycle it over and over for the rest of the game. That'd be equally as, if not more, annoying. In my opinion, of course. And no, no I wasn't there today, so I'm just adding a different viewpoint as an outsider.
samlcfc Posted 16 October 2010 Posted 16 October 2010 I think aslong as you keep making noise its all good tbh, When people dobnt sing at all is what should drive people mental
