Went to pick up my Season Ticket today and popped into the shop after, someone had put his picture up on the Dart board. Harsh.

Personally, I have faith in the bloke, I think he was a bit homesick away from France and never really looked like he wanted to play for us.

The penalty against Cardiff was dreadful, yes.(I had to turn around and watch on the big screen when he stepped up) But I think he was just trying to make the fans like him. If he had scored it, he would be a legend. Us, as fans never really welcomed him, and I suppose he never felt wanted by the club?

Agreed.

I still reckon he can come good this season, if played in his preferred position- wherever that may be.

I saw that, harsh but even though I'm a big fan of Kermo brought a smile to my face, the penalty miss I think has given him the kick up the arse that he needed in a Leicester shirt and I hope for his sake he proves the 'boo boys' wrong and he becomes the player we wanted to see last season. As long as he gives %100 I'll back him all the way, every kick and every moment in a City shirt.

Funnily enough i went to pick up my season ticket today only to find out they decided to shut the ticket office at 1pm..........er why? Especially as there were about 5 of the club shop staff just standing around a till doing nothing!

We saw the pic on the dart board and it was my girlfriend who actually took it down. Some of our 'fans' are soooo funny... :frusty:

I made that mistake last week, then went in the club shop and found the staff standing around a till fooling around with a measuring tape.

I feel sorry for him. Yeah everyone knows that the penalty miss was stupid but if their keeper had dived early and not saved the chip then everyone would be bumming Kermo for scoring it.

I personally think he is a good player, he has scored some great goals for french clubs and if he is confident he can score 10+ goals next season.

 He went the wrong way was sat on his arse yet he still had time to move over save it, what you on about?!

Personally I wasn't keen on him before the penalty miss, didn't think he was very good, the penalty miss just added to me thinking he was rubbish, but I won't be booing him in the coming season, and as always when a player doesn't impress me i'd be more than happy for him to prove me wrong.

Very much make or break for Yanni.

He has been playing in midfield in Slovenia and will really have to impress to get a regular start, even, if expected, Sousa plays with only one man up. In his favour, he has good control and a good eye for a pass so that will go down well with Sousa...:dunno:

If he is not in with a shout for a starting place then he should head back to France, without the chance to redeem himself by playing regularly his position is untenable.

From reports I've seen that he's taking freekicks. Glad Sousa can see he's a specialist.

No disrespect to Nobby but I think he's past it with his freekicks now.

Well if Nobby was still our person to take out freekicks I would be worried.

From what ive heard Yann has been doing well in slovenia ! the reports suggest he is doing okay, along with Nicky Adams playing at right back, I hope that Yann does stay i can see him doing well ! all he needs is a couple of goals and a good performance infront of the city fans and get his chin up, you ever know it could be Yann's freekick against Forest away to seal promotion haha :)

But the keeper did dive early and still got up to save it. Also, he managed to chip it about a yard off the ground. If it had gone in I would have thought he was a lucky bastard for taking an awful penalty and get away with it. However, I hold no grudge against him for that, and hope he can put it behind him and play well for us this year.

Erm, you do realise that Nobby has left and gone to Hull, right?

No one knows. Half his problem, needs half a dozen games to find it.

I wish it was that easy for him, I think hes in for a really rough ride, will probably take more than a few good perfomances which is a shame because he is a technically gifted player and can be an asset to us next season.

Don't get me wrong here... I know it was an absolutely awful penalty.

What I am saying is... IF he had executed the chip better and it had gone in with more pace THEN we would have been bumming him for doing so.

But he didn't, still we should try and forgive him for it now, give him a chance to make it up to us.

If he produces something special in a City shirt I think most people will forgive him BUT if he doesn't produce anything he'll always be remembered as Yann Kermorgant, the man that lost Leicester 90 million. I hope he does produce something special.

Why everybody forget Waghorn ???

Why everybody forget Waghorn ???

Waghorn scored 12 goals last season put %110 effort in every game and showed love and dedication to Leicester, Kermo on the other hand scored 1 goal didn't always give %100 and didn't show any love to Leicester, Waghorn will go down as a bit of a cult hero for the dedication showed.

In a way that is true but it's not really as simple as that. If Kermo had scored and Waggy had had his penalty saved we would have been stuffed anyway. If we had won that game there is no gaurantee we would have beat Blackpool either, so we could have lost out on 90 million in many ways.
