Samilktray Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 They'll keep blaming his fitness though. He hasn't looked great at all for ages. How much longer can he be unfit? Hes a professional footballer and 1 of the best in the world on his day.
StanSP Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 How much longer can he be unfit? Hes a professional footballer and 1 of the best in the world on his day. Yeah that's my point. He probably is fit but his attitude is all over the place. He'll be gone in summer to Barca I think.
MC Prussian Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Young Boys 2-0 up against Getafe. Get in!
Mee Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Torres has looked awful so far this game. Seems quite clear that he doesnt wanna be there It seems like his pace has gone, so that could be down to fitness, or just not putting enough effort in as you say. A moment ago when there defender passed it back to their keeper, but it failed and Torres nipped in, didn't look like the normal Torres. He would of been sprinting after the ball when he 'dinked it past him, but he just gave up.
Finnegan Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Shame really. 'Cos I sincerely believe that, at his best, he's the best in the world. I'd take Torres on shit hot form over Drogba or Villa.
Bugg Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Liverpool actually look rubbish at the moment.
FoxyPV Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Finished 0-0 All I need is Man City to lose and it will be a good night
Bugg Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Man City are playing 3 defensive midfielders. I though the Italians were meant to be defensive.
Corky Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Plenty of possession from Man City, seem to lack a cutting edge up front at the moment.
StanSP Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 How did Tevez miss that?! Regardless of the offside decision..
StanSP Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Lovely pass and great finish. Fancy City to win this now.
Webbo Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 How did Tevez miss that?! Regardless of the offside decision.. That apart he's having a great game. Must be my favourite Argie.
StanSP Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 That apart he's having a great game. Must be my favourite Argie. True. I like that Maradona guy too, though.
Webbo Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 True. I like that Maradona guy too, though. The fat cheating little maggot.
StanSP Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 The fat cheating little maggot. Nah the other Maradona - the exquisitely tricky and skilful left-footed one.
MC Prussian Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Unlucky Lausanne - lost 1-0 to Palermo, with the winning goal coming in the 79th minute. That's what you get for being in the Swiss Second Division and failing to convert the chances you have. Still, well done.
StanSP Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Lech Poznan are doing pretty well too! Early days I know but sitting at the top of their group. And Atletico Madrid at tbe bottom of theirs!
ScouseFox Posted 30 September 2010 Posted 30 September 2010 Either team could've won that game, so I guess a draw's a fair result.
lcfc_jme Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Superb game last night between Steaua and Napoli.. Steaua being 3-0 up after 17 minutes before having someone sent off on 31, and going on to draw the game 3-3 with a 97th minute equaliser! Brilliant stuff for the travelling fans! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Q3rKjypg3s
dandannieldanok Posted 1 October 2010 Posted 1 October 2010 Young Boys 2-0 up against Getafe. Get in! They were the steal of the night betting-wise at 2/1 for a home game.
MC Prussian Posted 21 October 2010 Posted 21 October 2010 Another round: Young Boys leading Odense 2-1 so far. Lausanne to play in Prague later on tonight. I can sense a Swiss win there. Looking forward to following the match on TV. It's been a real pleasure seeing a second-divison team from Switzerland giving some "bigger" clubs a right scare so far. In other (selected) matches: Besiktas trailing Porto at home 1-0, PSG losing with the same scoreline away at Dortmund: Stuttgart leads Getafe by one and Zenit are two one up against Hajduk.
Guest BlueBrett Posted 21 October 2010 Posted 21 October 2010 Spearing just got fooked up playing for Liverpool. Boot to the chin.
