Guinea international Zayatte has been linked with a move away from the Tigers this summer, with Newcastle reportedly in the race for his signature.

And the Foxes are the latest club to express an interest in the 25-year-old, who joined City from Swiss side Young Boys last year following a season-long loan stint at the KC Stadium.

Zayatte, who began his career with French club Lens, has started all four of the Tigers' Championship encounters so far this campaign

Surely cant be that good if Pearson (Who we all no likes to keep his defence solid) does not want him??

dunno, surely if pearson didnt rate him then he wouldnt of started all of hulls games so far

Wow. Wasn't expecting this one. Pleased.. I would expect it to be a swap for fryatt or something.. considering we are being linked with waggy again aswell as mr barcelona, I wouldn't be suprised to see fryatt on his way as well as DJ

as above cant see us getting him if

1 newcastle want him,

2 pearson wont sell to us.....

think we need firepower rather then more defenders although need to tighten up at back aswell

on skysports.com transfer centre, in the rumours section

Some Blackpool fan thinks there getting Jack Hobbs:

Tom Williams (Blackpool) says...

''Blackpool will complete signings for Owl''s Striker Marcus Tudgay for ¿800k, And that''s after missing out on Pitman. Ian Holloway is also thought to be putting a bid in for Leicester Defender Jack Hobbs. There is a strong sense that the club may be trying to loan duo Stephen Darby (Liverpool) until January 8th and the same deal with Jamie O''Hara (Tottenham)''

i know this means fook all but regardless of this rumour...

could Hobbs be one of the players that has put in a request?

is this why we are in for this Zayatte fella?

I cant see Sousa wanting to buy a central defender on permanent basis unless we are loosing a central defender to a transfer. We already have Morrison, Hobbs, Tunchev (when fit), Vitor (when fit), Moreno.

Also i think to fund Zayatte we must be loosing someone if not Hobbs. DJ's fund would go to Waggy.

lol i just read this back....im chatting a load of shit lol

Argghh i wish this bloody transfer deadline passes already :frusty:

a relatively solid player. but do we really need another defensive player? i know weve had our defensive mishaps quite recently, but hopefully in time it'll patch itself up. As good as he is, id save the money and prehaps buy another striker.

Someone posted the exact same thing a couple of days back, it was from the place of which we do not speak.

it wouldn't be pearson's choice, Hull NEED to sell players, we offer what they want and what NP thinks means fook all

700K

Hull City are ready to sell centre half Kamil Zayatte - with Leicester City heading the race for the £700,000-rated defender.

The Guinea international defender is being allowed to go by the Tigers as they cut costs and the Foxes are keen to take him to bolster their struggling side.

Zayatte is willing to move and is expected to talk to Leicester today. He hoped to get a switch back to the Premier League but that has failed to materialise

700k's not a bad price but their will blatantly be a player swap included. Fryatt's my guess.
