The Year Of The Fox Posted 31 August 2010 Posted 31 August 2010 Whilst this debate and petition is going around regarding the 'Fosse Boys' there may be a link to a petition that some of you on here want to sign. Its about trying to get the secretary of state to remove Section 11.1 requiring that the stadiums in the top two tiers of English football are all seated venues. It could well be a way forward, though I doubt it'll ever happen. My link
