Club Announces Historic Tour - Thailand

My thoughts are:

  • This is another Le Manga waiting to happen
  • It didn't mentioned sucky, sucky five dollar
  • I imagine we will end up bringing half of the Thailand National team with us as new signings
  • Oh fook - could this mean Bryan Robson gets handed the vacant managers job (assuming it becomes vacant!)

I am worried its Milan's 'masterplan.' :(

[*]This is another Le Manga waiting to happen

I'm no longer worried about Leicester City being at the bottom of the table. No, now, I'm worried about

  • Which player is going to handle the ball in the box, this time against the Thailand national team
  • If the game is going to be fixed
  • Where/how the players are going to hide the dead bar girl's body
  • How much hush money Top is going to have to pay the police in Bangkok

"So Michael tell me about the lady boys?"

This is such a crock of shit. Clearly a trip that was organised when the new owners thought everything would be rosey and we were in the top 5. Whats the point in trying to raise the profile of the club across Asia when we're sitting at the bottom of the Championship!!!

This trip should be put on hold whilst the club sorts itself out. The players mental state is more important than a bollox PR stunt. A long trip to a foreign land is not what they need, they need to get working hard down the training field and discuss any issues/ideas/problems with their coaches and managers!!

Do sending offs in this game count as a suspension in the league??

Why you planning on getting sent off? I wouldn't have thought so, although if the offense was serious enough it may travel back with us.

If City lose on Sat,what better opportunity to sack Sousa whilst they are many many miles away!!!

Come back next w/end with a new manager...Isnt Bryan Robson the manager of Thailand???

this is the sort of bullshit you do in pre season, not right in the middle of the most critical moment in the history of the club!

Our team couldn't score in Pattaya with pockets stuffed full of monopoly money.

My biggest concern about all of this is will it put the mockers on sacking Sousa? I mean, it'll be a logistical nightmare to relieve him of his duties out there, so we're stuck with the coont. :)

Exactly what I was thinking. We should have got rid straight after the Pompey game and cancelled the tour. Leaving plenty of time for the right man to be appointed and gelling with the squad.

Well here lies yet another example of how this consortium of tits... sorry Thai's... is messing about with this club.

Why the FUCK, as a football club, are we going to bloody Thailand during a much needed international break to play an utterly pointless game that will achieve nothing but hinder hopes of things going well against Hull???

Not to even mention the fact that by this point, we'll have a new manager and he'll need time to organise stuff properly with the players HERE, in the fucking country we live and play in!!!

The more I think about this takeover, the more I get angry and think it will do nothing but end up a complete and utter disaster!!!

We may as well get used to it.

They seem to think that British football can help their standards and are hell bent on it.

Thai investors aim to score with English football

At least it will give Sven an opportunity to get to grips with his new charges
