KFS Posted 26 October 2010 Posted 26 October 2010 Maybe it's just me being drastically pessimistic but I could see us getting relegated this season if we don't sign an amazing goal scorer/ net minder/ sort out our defence. Hoping the loan lads can sort this out and Vassell is amazing for us. (optimism before I get moaned at)

The difference is, they have had only a few chances and have capitalised on them. We've had a hat full and wasted them. We haven't had a good striker for ages, and until we do we will not be able to cut the mustard in this or any other league.

I don't know for sure, but I can bet it isn't a very good goals:games ratio.

Saying that, it was a dreadful, embarrassingly woeful defensive clearance and Cox carried the ball a couple of yards before unleashing a 25-yard pearler into the top corner. Unchallenged, obviously. When will we ever learn?
