Joe. Posted 11 November 2010 Posted 11 November 2010 For a site as reputable as theirs, BBC Sport make so many errors it's embarrassing...
StanSP Posted 11 November 2010 Posted 11 November 2010 Person who used to work for Leicester's OS clearly now works for BBC.

matt forever foxes Posted 13 November 2010 Posted 13 November 2010 Just a bit of common sense would tell you it's not gonna be Andy King, the same Andy King who's our midfield goalscoring machine! I give up with looking on the BBC anymore
Toby or not Toby Posted 13 January 2011 Posted 13 January 2011 Craig King has returned from his loan at Northampton, did he score while he was there?
MrSpaM Posted 13 January 2011 Posted 13 January 2011 Beeb claimed Alex King scored the equaliser against man city too. Absalute fools!

MrSpaM Posted 13 January 2011 Posted 13 January 2011 Didnt realise this was a spelling competition, my dreams of becoming a journalist are over, i'll go shoot myself now hey
Thracian Posted 13 January 2011 Posted 13 January 2011 8 Games 0 Goals For me that's a relevent statistic. I couldn't see any assists either. Craig's a good central midfield player in many ways and was certainly highly regarded in the City camp as one who had some real potential. He still has time but what i wonder is will he ever have enough impact? Craig is tall, strong, busy with good close control skills but too often in my experience has failed to make enough things happen or to stamp some character on proceedings. It's frustrating cos you get the impression that there's nothing he couldn't do with the technique he has. Perhaps I'm wondering if he's ruthless enough. Both Craig King and Andy King seem like disciplined individuals but Andy, mild mannered though he is, still manages to be completely single minded. He is forever searching for whatever will hurt the opposition most. Craig looks like he should be hurting them, but too often he doesn't. Sometimes it's such a fine line between those who are remembered and those who are forgotten. Interesting to see though that Billy McKay is leading scorer and leading the assists table. I always thought that he had something to offer cos he made things happen.

I always thought that he had something to offer cos he made things happen. Offered nothing during his term at Town - tracked back a lot, offered himself as meaningless part in a passing move going backwards far too often. The enthusiasm of a lab puppy, puffing about trying to get involved but a piss-poor eye for goal and a weak cross from the right. You could say that he was desperate to prove himself and lacked someone giving him direction, if you're generous. Moved from a starting berth in a poor Div IV side to a bit part player coming on as sub. Let's be honest about this, not only is Craig not good enough for City - he's never going to move mountains for sides down the leagues either.
