Would some of you be willing to help me by answering these few short questions?

Many Thanks.

Hi Adam Martin.

How do you feel your season has gone so far? Our season started very badly, we were bottom of the league at one point, but now we are finally finding our feet and climbing the division.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over? The quality he possesses, the players he has bought in on loan and through free transfer have been an improvement on what we had, the overall team spirit under Eriksson has improved from when we have Paulo Sousa as manager.

What's your squads strengths? Leicester have high amounts of quality playing passing football, full backs that attack down the wings, we are improving on the counter attack too.

And its weaknesses? I'd say sometimes are defense can go into dream world sometimes, rarely our centre backs will not mark people in the box and we'll concede.

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town? Ipswich are a highly rated team and at the start of the season was in my favorites for promotion this season.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why? I would take Connor Wickham, as he has the potential to be a top class player, he is a very useful youth prospect, if not him then Priskin.

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game? Probably the 2-0 win in the 06/07 season.

Many Thanks. Finally, what's your match prediction? Due to Ipswitch's poor run of form at home and away lately i'm going to say 2-1 to the Foxes.

Good luck :scarf:

Hi Matt Smith

How do you feel your season has gone so far? - In terms of league position at this stage its been disappointing, but that was due to the really poor start under Sousa and we are now looking much better.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over? - Has got the players playing as a team, and brought in some more quality to the squad which was what we were missing.

What's your squads strengths? - Going forward, we make lots of chances, and have pace throughout the team.

And its weaknesses? - Finishing, we can create numerous chances but just cant score. Also we are terrible with corners, still yet to score from one this season!

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town? - I dont really like or dislike Ipswich, though the ticket pricing by Ipswich is shocking. In terms of league postion, they are currently doing rather badly, and I'd be surprised if they didnt eventually turn around this bad run of form.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why? - Gareth McAuley, he can actualy score from corners, unlike our defenders!

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game? - Losing 2-1 at home on Boxing Day 2002. Was a good game and Ipswich scored two very late goals, one from Darren Ambrose to win it. Was a full house at the atmosphere was superb.

Many Thanks. Finally, what's your match prediction? - I think we will win and will be disappointed if we dont, considering Ipswich's bad from. I'll say 1-0 with Darius Vassell getting the winner.

How do you feel your season has gone so far?

Given the slight overachievement with a playoff spot in 2009/10, the start to this season was awful. It all started with the sacking of Pearson, which was just another chapter in Milan Mandaric's odd reign as owner (luckily, he's gone now).

Players seemed to be lacking in fitness massively, nothing would work out. Injuries, suspensions. Ridiculous scorelines like the 4-3 loss to Norwich or the 6-1 spanking at Fratton Park are games I'd rather forget.

We were terrible and lacked everything, in particular defensive stability.

Former manager Paulo Sousa didn't seem to have what it takes and it never really clicked under his reign. There were rumors of players threatening to leave if he stayed.

Signing former England manager Sven-Goran Eriksson made all the difference, though. Since he's taken over, our form is on the upside. Especially our home record under Sven is impressive, haven't lost a game yet.

Eriksson and assistant manager Fazackerley have brought a lot of experience with them and an air of professionalism rarely seen at the club before.

The squad has grown as a unit and most of our loan signings have been a different touch of class so far.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over?

He's a very likeable character and identifies with the club on every level - I still don't understand why we had so many sceptic fans when he was appointed. Mild-mannered, well-articulated.

Doesn't lose too many words when explaining his philosophy. Quiet character, but a mastermind.

Ever since he took over, the circus movements have been stopped. There is stability now where there was chaos before.

What's your squad's strengths?

Hard to tell. The squad could make you rejoice one minute (with classy displays at home), then doubt their ability the next (most away games=no fun so far result-wise).

Defense is mostly solid and the midfield trio of Abe, Wellens and King can come up with magic plays, provided they can switch from defense to attack fast enough.

Our passing can be a joy to watch, we tend to dominate the pitch with possession.

Wellens' assist for Naughton's goal against Doncaster is a perfect example for that.

And its weaknesses?

Last week, before the Doncaster Rovers match, I'd said our inability to put more than two goals past an opposition. We're creating so many chances, yet manage to convert so little of those.

Standards have also been poor this season. We have yet to score from a corner and our free-kicks aren't impressive, either. Although I see signs of improvement.

And sometimes, we've been too slow, too timid going forward.

Inconsistency plays the major part, though. Sometimes, on the back of a brilliant home win, some of our so-called solid players simply could not be bothered to come up with a similar performance on the road (losing 2-0 at Bristol City, for instance).

This has been the source of a lot of frustration lately.

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town?

Currently, a troubled mediocre mid-table Championship club in freefall with overpriced tickets for away fans. Just like F*"çst, a club with some past success in Europe, but slowly but steadily fading since the 1990ies.

I thought you was on the up with Keane turning the ship around. I'm a bit surprised to see you where you are right now in the table.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why?

Up until recently, when we were lacking power up front, I'd said Jason Scotland. Mainly due to his goalscoring record.

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game?

None. Never been to Portman Road and haven't seen us play you lot at the Walkers so far.

Finally, what's your match prediction?

Hoping that we can put our away troubles away and knowing that the managerial troubles at Ipswich make the home side somewhat unpredictable, I'd be glad with a 2-1 victory for our boys.

How do you feel your season has gone so far? We got off to an appalling start, one win and six defeats in our first nine and far too many goals conceded. We had to get rid of Paulo Sousa as we didn't look like improving. Since Sven has come in we've looked far better, scoring plenty and conceding fewer. Still need to sort our away form out but at home we are excellent. Beating Derby and Forest is definitely the highlight so far.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over? He has a big name and reputation which helps when looking for loan players. Also the permanent players will want to impress to remain in the future. He's brought an experienced backroom team with him, Derek Fazackerley in particular.

What's your squads strengths? We create plenty of opportunities, and have a remarkable amount of corners. We also have some good loan players, especially in defence in Naughton and Cunningham, and a solid midfield, with Andy King having an excellent season.

And its weaknesses? We don't make the most of our set-pieces and we don't have a 20-goal striker.

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town? You made a good start but have struggled badly in recent weeks. I saw the derby against Norwich and it wasn't pretty to watch from an Ipswich perspective. Doing well in the Carling Cup but the league is most important and it could get precarious if results don't improve.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why? Don't know a huge amount about your players really. I like the look of Connor Wickham so I'll say him.

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game? Mostly bad from my visits to Portman Road. The best would probably be a 2-1 home win in the Premiership in 2000/01 during our run to the top of the table (those were the days).

Many Thanks. Finally, what's your match prediction? 1-1

So your name's Rob and you want to know our strengths and weaknesses?

You'll have to do better than just changing the last letter of your first name Mr Keane.

You've got to get up earlier than that to catch out ol' Isle of Wight Fox.

Best memory - 1-0 Mark Robins. 96/97 Coca-Cola Cup quarter final.

Quality goal too.

Wasn't there myself but it's the first thing I think of regarding Ipswich-Leicester.

How do you feel your season has gone so far? A bit of a rollercoaster to date, with most of the low points under Sousa being balanced by some quality displays under Sven.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over? He's restored some shape to the side and allowed some quality players to regain their confidence. Bringing in some decent defenders on loan has also helped.

What's your squads strengths? For the first time in a while we have a number of players with genuine pace. Jack Hobbs, Andy King and Martyn Waghorn are players of genuine Premier League potential.

And its weaknesses? We desperately lack a consistent goalscorer upfront, though maybe in time Vassell or Waghorn will prove the answer to this.

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town? Underachievers during the past decade, similar to ourselves. There seem to be tensions between the manager and some of the squad.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why? Connor Wickham shows all the signs of being a real star of the future.

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game? The 1-0 win in 1997 which took us to a League Cup semi. It's also the only time I've seen City win at Portman Road!

Finally, what's your match prediction? I'll go for a 1-1 draw. Your losing run has to end sooner or later.

Hi, Sam Harrington

How do you feel your season has gone so far?

As you can see sven has definetley changed things around here after the cock ups that sousa made.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over?

He is a bit of a figure head, which attracted players which would not of normally come to us.

What's your squads strengths?

i think we have a pretty strong midfield with king and welluns in the centre.

And its weaknesses?

Chris weale our goalkeeper hasn't had the best couple of games so that could definetly be a weakness.

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town?

I think that they wont challenge for promotion or be in the bottom three. so a pretty mediocre team.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why?

i would probabley have young connor wickham because i think he has a bright future, and could be an england regular when he has reached his peak.

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game?

Havn't really got one, probably has to be when you scored in the first minute last season at the walkers.

Many Thanks. Finally, what's your match prediction?

2-1 to leicester :sge:

Hi Pat Southam

How do you feel your season has gone so far?

It feels like we have had two seasons so far. Under Sousa, we looked like a team already relegated. Under Sven, the improvement has been incredible. From where we ended last season, I could say I'm disappointed but I feel we have made such great strides in the last 3 months and with the resources that the new owners have we will only get better, so the future looks very exciting.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over?

Sven is an exceptional world class manager and he has an aura about him. He knows what he is doing and he knows what it takes to be successful. It did not take him long to identify weaknesses and has done something about it by bringing in better quality players and getting us to play the way we know we can.

What's your squads strengths?

Midfield, Yuki Abe, Richie Wellens and Andy King would be a match for any team in the division.

And its weaknesses?

Lack of decent wide players and a quality centre forward.

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town?

Surprised with recent struggles but hope that Roy Keane gets time to turn it around. Ipswich have been Leicester's bogey team in the last 10 years or so, so we don't look forward to our meetings.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why?

Martop Fulop, he's been Leicester's best keeper since Ian Walker.

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game?

We won 2-0 at Portman Road about 4 years ago, not long after Craig Levein was fired and it looked like we may just survive in the Championship.

Many Thanks. Finally, what's your match prediction?

2-1 Leicester.

Hi Joe Mee

How do you feel your season has gone so far?

In my opinion it was at rock bottom and now a new light has came. When we were with Sousa and we hit bottom, i didn't know what to think, just more shock than anything. After the hype of last season as well and then to hit the bottom was some sort of 'back to reality' check. But who would have though it, from Pearson to Sven Goran Eriksson. Really cannot believe it, and the season it defiantly picking up now.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over?

He has made a difference, in my opinion, because of his pure experience and knowledge of the game. When he came in, we were all very optimistic, and that is still going. The fact that he came in, with these names (Naughton and Cunningham) which let's be honest, we had never really heard of, and for them to both be a massive talent was magnificent. The man knows what he wants and knows what he is doing 100%.

What's your squads strengths?

I think we are a very strong team overall. I think our defence is one of the strongest in the league. I think we have two of the best full backs in the league also. A very strong midfield which has been further strengthened by the arrival of Abe.

And its weaknesses?

I don't think we have a massive weakness, although we could be with a proven goalscorer up front, but with January coming up, and the names of Bernard Parker on the trial list, i think that will come.

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town?

I believe Ipswich are a strong side and will be hard to beat. I think we will have to pick at them and try and break them down.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why?

Don't really know a massive amount about the players, although Connor Wickham has been mentioned a fair few times, and i have heard he will be a decent talent in the future.

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game?

Never visited Portman Road, this will be my first!

Many Thanks. Finally, what's your match prediction?

I think we will have to break you down, but being an optimist, i will have to say 2-0 City.

Hi Alistair

How do you feel your season has gone so far?

Fairly poorly. Expectations were high with our success last season, Sousa's success with swansea last season gave optimism as did the new owners, but it didn't work out. I'm convinced we've turned the corner and are on the charge back up under sven though.

Why has Eriksson made such a difference since taking over?

His reputation and behaviour. He's done it all in management really and unlike under sousa with his playing success, the players seem to respect that. He's also been fairly reserved , like pearson last season, trying to keep us below the radar rather than shooting his mouth off at everything.

What's your squads strengths?

Carving out chances, going foward we have a lot of pace in darius and dyer, good technique in gallagher and a fair bit of muscle with steve howard, roman bednar and martyn waghorn more than capable of holding their own. The midfield is pretty talented as well with ritchie wellens capable of scything open defences with his passing & andy kings knack of ghosting into the box and being in the right place at the right time (see his goal v forest for example)

And its weaknesses?

While we scored 5 last week we don't really have a top quality goal scorer, andy king looks the only one likely to produce the goods regularly and we need several chances to score. Also we are useless from set-pieces.

What's your opinion of Ipswich Town?

A club with a good past who have really fallen from grace, much like us, forest, derby, leeds and countless other clubs in this division.

If you could have one Town player, who would it be and why?

Connor Wickham - he looks a good prospect and would probably help out with our poor chance conversion at the moment.

What's your best memory of a Leicester v Ipswich game?

Not many, i've only seen us win once, 2-0 at home, boxing day 2007 so i'd have to go for that.

Many Thanks. Finally, what's your match prediction?

well you've been poor of recent so it would be typical leicester to lose this, but i'm going to plump for a 2-1 win for city.
