Guest ttfn Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Well that's that. Really thought we'd win today. Losing at home to Norwich is not good enough by anyone's standards.
Petchy Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Ah well. Not got a chance when we can't even do the basics right...
North-LondonFox Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Come on fellas - the level of negativity on here is terrible at times - try and get behind the lads - we are a class side.
cc_star Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 We are just not quite good enough and it has shown in the recent games against the top sides v Cardiff, QPR and tonight. Defence is poor and strikers not putting the chances away. I just wonder if our run against teams below us, generally nearer the bottom than the top, flattered to deceive, and now we're playing against good sides, not just with good individuals like us but are actually good 'units' we're falling short?
Pegosteve Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 We just need to build now for next season. It was a big ask and we will fall short.
Lillehamring Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 well, regardless of his performances, this slump has coincided with Oakley being given the captaincy. we sound like we are a shambles and it's hard not to associate this poor form with Oakley's captaincy, which i've never been convinced has been up to much. hard to tell from the commentary but we really seem to be lacking any creativity/pace in midfield.
Callabinho Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Apparently it was ricardo at fault Defences fault, App Hoult dragged Bamba out wide and created a massive gap. Norwich ended Sousa time as LCFC manager Norwich set to end Sven promotion charge Bollox
wurmer Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 ****sake - just tuned in. How are we playing? Wank - I can't believe it's the same side that put that run together earlier this year!!!
Pegosteve Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Come on fellas - the level of negativity on here is terrible at times - try and get behind the lads - we are a class side. I try not to be negative just realistic!
broughtonblue Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Our passing game that was so effective a few matches ago seems to have completely disappeared. Possibly a confidence thing?
Guest ttfn Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 It sounds like we're passing it like mogoloids. Serious question. Is King playing? I've not heard his name.

Never really rated Oakley full stop!
Babylon Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 As I said on Saturday and was ridiculed as usual by knobs like Babylon et al.... Sven is not the messiah... Yes he has done well to get us where we are but his lack of motivational skills was, to my mind, always going to be his Achilles heel.. With the resources at hand I'm surprised that the swede has actually not done BETTER than he has done.. And we MUST win tonight or I fear it's over... No you got ridiculed for talking complete and utter nonsense. Carry on abusing and i'll keep on saying goodbye!!!!

Not saying I don't agree with you, but what about Bruma and Ricardo coming in? That would have had an effect.
broughtonblue Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Wonder who will be chief whipping boy on here tonight, Oakley or Ricardo? Both!!!!

Sorry, but what a dick. We're now playing against top sides, its not like the run we went on when we were beating SheffUtd, Derby, Bristol City etc and other shit like that. Sven favoured spending loads of money on individualism over teambuilding and unless we get 8 wins in the 10 remaining games it won't have paid off, we could have course get 8 wins & Sven could look like a genius (albeit an expensive one)
buzzy Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Come on fellas - the level of negativity on here is terrible at times - try and get behind the lads - we are a class side. we are a class side are you ****ing joking . the last 4 games 1 point whatever happened after the derby 1st half i dont know but we are not a class side there are no class sides in the championship
Pegosteve Posted 8 March 2011 Posted 8 March 2011 Not sure Ricardo has been at fault for any of the goals.
