Meaning we can only drop 6 points in the next 10 games if we are to reach this target! if we can can go on another run on wins maybe? leeds burnley or forest can all go on a losing streak so anythings possible! Starting tomorrow at scunny Leicester to win 4- 1

hbkkids Posted 11 March 2011 Posted 11 March 2011 7 Points away from the Play-Offs, anything is possible but i just think its slipping away from us a bit too much at the min, saturday for me is a MUST win, but again i carnt see city doing it, its same old leicester we can play really well againts top championship teams like QPR and forest but carnt beat rubbish teams what we should be walking over. Im Nervous for Saturday

Bausor Posted 11 March 2011 Author Posted 11 March 2011 Hull are on the same points but have a better goal difference.. forest are already on a bad bit of form hopefully it continues... leeds will slip up soon... burnley are the ones to watch out for but hopefully we can take 3 points from them at home 6th place is all thats up fro grabs imo, leeds or forest to slip up burnley to and we have a better run in than hull

Sorry but nobody 'deserves' to get there before the end of the season... the 4 teams who are in the play-offs after 46 games deserve to be there. It doesn't matter who you beat over the course of the season, if you don't have the quality or consistency over the entire 46 games, then too bad. At the moment, we're not playing well enough to get there. Simple as. Could we make it? Yes. The problem comes when you see that we're now down in 10th and other teams ABOVE us are in better form... it's going to be a tough run in, but hopefully Sven will get us going and we'll pull through.

And 76 points would be a low total... didn't Blackpool have 70 last season though? Just checked they did... and we got 76 last season. I forgot.

I wasn't actually saying we deserve to get there, just trying to provide a balance to the previous posters arguement since they'd noted two results against P/O contenders but ignored the games against P/O contenders that we'd won
