The Year Of The Fox Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Gareth bale is injured for the game on saturday :-D
Fox You Forest Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Oh good, we'll probably score five now rather than four.
The Year Of The Fox Posted 24 March 2011 Author Posted 24 March 2011 They'll be no pushover on saturday im sure. Theyve got nowt to play for really, but that could work against us
Trav Le Bleu Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 When I reader the thread title I thought it was about bankers. I'll get my coat.
ScouseFox Posted 24 March 2011 Posted 24 March 2011 Just makes Saturday's game boring now, would've been nice to see how Glen Johnson was going to cope with Bale.
MPH Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 Oh good, we'll probably score five now rather than four. because their winger is out.. it means we'll score more goals?
The Year Of The Fox Posted 25 March 2011 Author Posted 25 March 2011 Scousefox- bale wouldve ripped johnson to shreds every time I think!
Finnegan Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 because their winger is out.. it means we'll score more goals? Attack is the best form of defence.
Bert Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 What are you honest, non biased predictions finners? I know this won't be easy for us, but I'd be hugely disappointed if England don't win.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 Its got all the classic ingrdients of a textbook England **** up this. I'm going to stick my neck out thoguh and go with.... 1-1
Finnegan Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 I'd like to think that, banter aside, I'm usually pretty honest! I predict a fairly drab formality, really. If we were full strength then maybe a fairly respectable one goal loss. As it is I can see England taking it 0 3 or 1 3 if they show up. I have concerns that Speed is a poor motivator and that, for all our midfield talent (including Bellers in that) we really, really lack a goal threat.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 25 March 2011 Posted 25 March 2011 You're playing against England; there's your goal threat.
Random Burglar Posted 27 March 2011 Posted 27 March 2011 The way Wales played I don't think having Bale would have changed anything. They couldn't complete a pass for toffee, he wouldn't have seen the ball.
