Houdini Logic Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 I wish I wasn't still drunk when I got up this morning and went shopping - not too sure my Mum is going to appreciate an empty photo frame, some bird food and a toffee hammer.
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 got my mam a book and chocolates and a card (well the wife did as i am the laziest man alive )

You can't go far wrong with bird food and a toffee hammer. Not sure about the empty photo frame though. Perhaps you should stick a picture of Noel Edmonds or Trevor McDonald in there to make sure. I would print out a pic of each and then Pritt-Stick them together so it's a reversable photo frame.

Your career at Clinton's wasn't a lengthy one, was it, Empty?
BoneDog Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 It only lasted a few months but while it did last I had a good side earner going on selling teddy bears, key-rings and mugs!
Bugg Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 Got the typical "oh fook I forgot to get a present" box of chocolates. Facepalmed when my mum gave a carbon copy of the chocolates that I bought to her mother
FoxyPV Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 She gets a text or a phone call same as every year. Don't do Mother's/ Father's day - told both of them when I was 15 and have never bought a gift for them since. EDIT: Mrs FoxyPV was given her first mother's day card as a granny. Made me laugh quite a lot.
purpleronnie Posted 3 April 2011 Posted 3 April 2011 House full of kids, chaos, but in a fun way. Relaxing now.

Alexikokopops Posted 5 March 2013 Posted 5 March 2013 Golden! My mum would love a remote control helicopter. Cheers. Well that was worth waiting nearly two years for.
Danizen Posted 5 March 2013 Posted 5 March 2013 Well that was worth waiting nearly two years for. Old threads are new threads, to me. I only started posting regularly, last year.
