I'll give you Shirley Manson, she was my first ever crush as a kid and I still would.

But aside from looks, what other talent does she have, none.

And she's severely lacking in any kind of class. She's Britney for the Teenies (or whatever we're gonna call this decade.)

As Samilk said earlier, 90s was a golden age of hip-hop.

And as for Jon Spencer, I have seen them live once completely by accident. They were the unannounced support for the Hives at The Wulfrun Hall in Wolverhampton about 6 years ago. They were amazing, but the pre-pubescents who had come to see The Hives were giving them some right grief, cos they had no real appreciation of music.
