Samilktray Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 Taken 'a break' from International football. What a load of bollocks
MPH Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 Taken 'a break' from International football. What a load of bollocks yeah because he is burnt out, apparently. he's played 4 seasons of 20+ games in his life. Poor man.
Wycombe Fox Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 I'm going to take a break from international football as well. It's hard work watching that utter shite game in, game out.

SOCCERROO FOX Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 "I'm going to take an International break, because it saves me the embarresment when i don't get selected in the squad or training to warm the bench"
Mack Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 I dont have a problem with this at all. He wont play unless others are unfit, and it may well make him a better player in the long run for England and his club.
Wymsey Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 Health and fitness come first when deciding whether he is ready to step up that high in professional football. Not an excuse at all. All players need rests.
Darkon84 Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 It seems to me that some people just dont like or want to play under Mr Capello.
Asha Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 His choice at the end of the day. Didn't he decide this morning?
gazfox9 Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 Fair play if thats his choice, myself, If I was the gaffer I'd 'rest' him for the remainder of his career. It should be the ultimate privilege to represent your country. Don't seem to mean a lot to many players these days.
Narborough_fox Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 As soon as Capello retires I wouldn't be suprised if his "break" ended.
cairnsy Posted 11 May 2011 Posted 11 May 2011 He's a goalkeeper.. I'm pretty sure they do **** all in a game compared to everyone else. Why does he need a break, he doesnt even get chosen anyway
Fox92 Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 Don't get this, but I do like Foster and I'd like to see him as England's number 1. He has saved Birmingham so many times this season. I do like Hart, but I think he's overrated. His concentration levels seem to be poor and he makes mistakes more times than Foster.
Brainy Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 if concentration is his biggest weakness then thats not a problem at all thats easy to overcome. and ben foster making less mistakes than joe hart is bollocks.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 Joe Hart is the better keeper hands down. That's why he's made himself the no.1 at a now champions league club whilst Foster shit out when he got his chance at Utd, because he can't handle that kind of pressure. Maybe its a good thing he aint gonna be in the England camp.
Dickie Greenleaf Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/may/13/rob-green-england It seems that all the muggy, bottle job lot are in it together
Wymsey Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 Presume Robinson/James will be called back up again then.
Simi Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 Apologies Ben, must be a right chore representing your country. Feel for you pal.
Wycombe Fox Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 Shilts will be getting his gloves on again at this rate.
davieG Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 No one should be persuading them to play nor should they need persuading, if they're not interested or haven't got the confidence then they're not wanted. There must be some future prospects out there get them to understudy Hart it'll be a good experience for them.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 13 May 2011 Posted 13 May 2011 Look on the bright side, it pushes Weale one place up the pecking order. He's still stone dead last on the list though...
