Those who come on making statements about the club, as they have friends or whichever will always be taken with a pinch of salt, otherwise any Tom, Dick, or Harry could post up nonsense rumours up from whatever source and the forum turns into Football Rumours. Those who post the information, even in good faith, and totally legit and haven't posted much if at all before will be in for some stick, and have to take it on the chin and not be offended, as you will be unknown to anyone, and until your statements come true and proven to be good. It's human nature, and enshrined in all things internet to be cynical.

Exactly, plus everyone doubted we would get Mills, and st ledger, two of the best defenders in England out of the premier league. This season is going to be a big season. LCFC will be a different club from this season onwards so be prepared for the ride folks.

And can you really blame anyone for that? You've come on here claiming that in one way or another, something is happening with Beckham. Be that just holding talks about a coaching role or whatever. Now if this was someone else ok, I'd be more inclined to take notice of what you're saying, but it's DAVID FOOKING BECKHAM. Anyone can come on this site and say they've got a source, why anyone would just lie like that is beyond me but it does happen. I've got nothing against you, but there is no reason for me to believe there is any more credence to what you say then anyone else who claims to have some link, and bearing in mind this news you speak of is concerning one of the biggest sport stars in the whole world, I think it's pretty naive of you to come on here expecting anything other than scepticism.

He does to a degree, but that's usually newer members on here that don't know who he is. That's what I've noticed anyway and to be fair, until they are told who he is they are bound to be a little skeptical.
