deanolegend1989 Posted 13 July 2011 Posted 13 July 2011 Heres mine to start off : Schmicheal Peltier Bamba Mills Konchesky Danns King Wellens Nugent Maynard Gallagher Bench: Dyer, Waghorn, St Ledger, Weale, N Guessen, Abe. I think if we sign Maynard(It said weve closed interest) but if we went back in or got another striker of similar ability a 20 goal striker proven at this level..Then I think we are close. Maybe 1 or 2 other small signings(not spending too much pointless money) then we stand a great chance. Mills is a top signing..I see him and Bamba possibly being a solid partnership..Bit skeptical about our full backs..Konchesky is a bit old and had a rough time at Pool and Peltier has never been at this level. Midfield I see we have alot of options and Danns is a good signing with a bit of steel in midfield so for me the defence is debatable and were missing a top top striker..but other than that, pretty optamistic. Your thoughts?

For me CMS was a huge miss, not just for his goals but his work-rate, I hope that's a decision we don't come to regret

I have picked this team from the players we allready have.I dont think we are gonna sign routledge OR Maynard. IMO i agree - teams/ formations should be based on who we have currently. If we sign a new winger, then he would replace Gallagher.

Ideally Routledge/Kebe would replace Vassell, and Maynard would come in for either Nugent or Gallagher. The rest of the squad is fine imo. SSL can cover CB and RB, Berner LB. Abe and Oakely midfield, and Moussa and Dyer the wings, with Schlupp also in the mix.
