Head Honcho Posted 29 July 2011 Posted 29 July 2011 1. West Ham 2. Birmingham (Huge price at 14/1 by the way) 3. Leicester (Awful price at 4/1) 4. Ipswich 5. Cardiff 6. Forest My annual league winners bet is: Manchester City 4/1 West Ham 4/1 Sheffield Utd 9/1 Swindon 9/1 £1 yankee Feeling pretty confident this season
Head Honcho Posted 29 July 2011 Posted 29 July 2011 Think Cardiff will suffer quite a bit this season. I reckon around 12th or 13th come April 28th. Lost so many key players and staff. Take time to rebuild. Ipswich and Southampton will be in play-offs. There's always one team that does well from promotion (Norwich, Leeds, ourselves etc). I reckon Southampton will be that team. Cov, Peterborough and Barnsley to go down. Us and West Ham top. Birmingham around 10th. Forest in play-offs again (lose again too ) They've lost some key players I'll agree but Miller and Earnshaw certainly know where the net is and they've bought well too look out for Filip Kiss, Rudy Gestede and Joe Mason who had came on as sub and had a great half hour playing for Plymouth against us a couple of seasons ago.
ScouseFox Posted 31 July 2011 Posted 31 July 2011 Super Malky Mackay. Hello all, how's Yann? Well, well, well, look who's still in our division. And he's back, to attempt to troll these boards again. Can't wait.

MC Prussian Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 Super Malky Mackay. Hello all, how's Yann? Isn't it tragic that Swansea are no longer in the Championship? Why don't you go and spread your nonsense on the Bristol City forum - I sense you two would be a match made in heaven in terms of combined intelligence. Besides, you love Bristol City fans. Admit it. They've got an owner who likes to spend big on players, invest heavily in a new stadium and it's very peaceful down there in general. Perfect fodder for jealous Welsh folk.
Father Ted Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 I think Ipswich, Middlesborough, Brighton and Southampton will all be surprise packages this season. Does anybody know where I can find a list of the ins and outs of every club?

SOCCERROO FOX Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 Going to be a cracking season. The championship is up there with the Bundesliga (bar last seasons winners) as the most competitive leagues and most exciting to watch. Any team can beat each other on any give day. This season will be just as good i reckon.
sdb Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 http://theseventytwo.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/Mag3.pdf Great team by team review. Many fans tipping us. A lot of teams bigging up their financial backing which is interesting, as is the fact that most teams seem to think they'll finish top half but not in the top 6! Can;t wait!!

Corky Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 Super Malky Mackay. Hello all, how's Yann? At least the biggest Welsh club were promoted.
Father Ted Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 I reckon Millwall will struggle this season. Lost Morison and have failed to make many signings. As they say, second season is always harder.
Nick Posted 1 August 2011 Posted 1 August 2011 Wet Ham are gonna retain Parker - wow that'll help them a bit! Scott Parker has told West Ham he is now prepared to stay at Upton Park next season, with chairman David Gold also promising to invest in a new forward. Full story: Metro
