From last season the alarm bells were ringing for me mate, so it won't be anything new. Today was truly a case of square pegs in round holes and The Big Svender will ride on the optimism surrounding the club for the first 10-15 games of the season, but the wheels will come off after a few straight defeats and it will be Sven's complete inability to motivate the players which will lead to his eventual downfall.

You are entitled to your opinion as is everyone else on here but blindly stating that Sven will not succeed is as ridiculous as hailing him as the messiah... Yesterdays showing, though confusing at times tactically (eg danns position?) showed commitment, control and defensive organisation. Very promising I felt.. If you are stupidly negative no one will listen to your arguments.
