They really have gone downhill. My Arsenal supporting mate is lamenting the loss of Gilberto Silva, just for his calming presence in the dressing room if nothing else.

Demanding apologies from refs and generally blaming everyone and everything else, ignoring the fact that his team are on the ropes and aren't living up the the pre-season hype. IMO, Wenger is just.... oh? What? Sorry, I didn't realise it was actually..... Plus ça change, plus c'est la même chose, as they say in the Arsenal dressing room...

Shame you couldnt come on the thread and voice an opinion before the game yesterday isn't it? Shame they are still 6 points behind Chelsea and possibly 10 behind Liverpool tonight. Yeah they beat Man Utd a few weeks ago, look at the run they went on after that, hopefully it happens again. Exactly. Unless they can win their next two league games this win against Chelsea will again mean nothing. Arsenal will probably win the Champs League this year abit like Liverpool in 05 they aren't consistent enough to do well in the League.

Given that Chelsea and Liverpool are currently on the same points I'd be surprised if they're four points apart by the end of the evening
