I am Rod Hull Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 why? Quality football, goals, excitement, controversy, end to end, etc etc.... The big boys have served up a few crackers this season- Man U 8-1 Arsenal Man U 1-6 Man City Chelsea 3-5 Arsenal Man City 1-0 Arsenal (1 goal but a great game) and more.... Or you could watch Barca and Real Madrid cane everyone week in week out by 5 goals in the ultra competitive La Liga ...
HEGGSY Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Man U v Arsenal was 8-2 BBQ Man U v Arsenal was 8-2 BBQ

Matt Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Hope the Arsenal v Man Utd match follows the same route as the Man City v Tottenham match did cos' this 1st half has also been boring.

Well the gap between top 2 in la liga is about the same as the top 2 in the epl, if utd win the gap between 2nd and 3rd will be about the same as la liga.....Real madrid have lost the same amount as man city, spurs who are 3rd have lost the same amount as valencia who are 3rd. There is a change now in the prem with chelsea, arsenal both looking poorer and the rise of city (thanks to dosh) and spurs but the whole 'premiership is the best' has been banded around (by sky) for years, truth is the prem was as competitive as many other leagues. I guess it all depends on what you like to watch, there was plenty of terribly dull prem games with 0 quality.

Lets agree to disagree The PL has- Man U Man C Spurs Arsenal Chelsea Liverpool La Liga has- Real Madrid Barca The only game worth watching in La Liga is Real Madrid v Barca....

Wrong. Real/Barca are sometimes great matches to watch. But there are other teams which are becoming pretty good to watch too - Malaga, Levante, Sevilla. Even Valencia are getting their act together again now.

StanSP Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Lets agree to disagree Haha no problem! Robin Van Torres!
StanSP Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Why oh why was Oxlade-Chamberlain brought off? Very poor call from Wenger.
Guest shearfox Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Why oh why was Oxlade-Chamberlain brought off? Very poor call from Wenger. And replaced by a player who puts in zero effort. Shocking decision... What has happened to Arshaven he looks like he doesn't belong on a football pitch...
Matt Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 McCarthy sacked by Wolves. Jeez. Where you heard that? Nothing on SSN, or found on any search.
Corky Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Good old Wenger. Takes off Chamberlain who was looking a threat and brings on Arshavin, who only disjoints his own team.
Yojoe36 Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 Arsenal are shit. Why in holy fvck did he take that Chamberlain lad off for Arshavin? He's fvcking laughable
StanSP Posted 22 January 2012 Posted 22 January 2012 My bad. Think it's balls. It was only just a rumour on Twitter . Would be harsh if true!
