He does turn into a complete twat, but most of the Southampton fans on that forum are so far up their own arses you don't know whether they're going to speak or fart.

He actually started off being fairly reasonable in my opinion before embarassing us with sheer arrogance, but arrogance appears to be par for the course on there.

Agree,Southampton were by far the best team I have seen at the KP/Walkers for a long time (recent friendlies excluded of course) but their fans are really arrogant...almost the "dirty Leeds" of the south!

I think the posters are from Bentleys roof, they always do it and when someone else post from another club post on there, they about cry.

Edit: Edit, I thought it was a fansonline forum. So doubt it would be a poster from Bentleys, could be though.

Well lots of Saints fans seem like complete and utter knob jockeys after reading some comments today. Apparently the first half we dominated doesn't seem to have happened because none of them mention the fact they could have gone in 5-1 down. Their keeper making saves is him just "doing his job", yet if our keeper dares to make a save it "saved us from a hammering". They were "clearly the better team" and we "caused them no trouble". :rolleyes:

Why do we have fans which go onto other teams messageboards and post stupid messages which make our fans look stupid?

It happens on most forums,including this one..i don't think it makes OUR fans look stupid..it merely makes the poster look stupid..especially going on with a title of Leicester fan in peace..then to go on a RANT..SOME of our fans post stupid messages on THIS forum..best to just get used to glossing over those posts and read the stuff you want to..saying that..there are some fans from other teams who join this forum to post sensible stuff..Saints_Fan after yesterday and BuryShaker for example(after we beat them 4-2)..and some who join just to gloat/badmouth..answer to that is don't let it get to you..you can tell what they are posting after the 1st few words

To the guys credit, he was level headed... for the most part.

Hovering onto the board of a team riding high on a crest of momentum rather than very much else is always a bad idea. A lot of bully Saints fans around with a twinge of frustration at having lost yesterday despite their second half display is a bad combination, and our fan ended up resorting to the same deluded sentiments as them.

The past few days have severely dented my view of Saints fans. We've had one or two decent fans on here, and then a glut of... well, idiots. Their supposedly brilliant support, while numerous, was largely mute yesterday, crazy given their league position. And while i used to view them similarly to ourselves in terms of their stature, recent heartbreaks and their phoenix-like rise from League One, they have fast shown their colours as having some of the worst delusions of grandure I've seen from any set of fans in years. I had one muppet on record as seriously stating that Southampton will be in the champions league in 2 years time. :rolleyes:

FInal point though, our boy is also deluded to suggest that, based on the evidence we have from the past 18 months, Johnson is better than Lallana! :sweating:

Oh man, all i want to do is feel relief at having nabbed 3 points from the jaws of an equaliser, but it really feels like we're still playing. :dunno:

And the best one I heard from him was - "Who's this schupp guy, where did we sign him he is crap" :doh:
