Smashed his teeth and broke his nose in the begining of the game against Swindon... played on with all these brutal injuries

BBC Link

Best of luck to the lad for a speedy recovery.

did he miss a simple catch again, resulting in the ball going straight through his hands and hitting him in the face

No, he stated that he was happy to come to Rotherham to get match practice seeing as he was now Leicester's 2nd choice keeper and Weale decked him.

I'd have been crying like a little girl, rolled up and in a fetal position wanting my mummy i think. haha

Fair play Conrad.

Oh and didn't realise he was only 25, thought he was older.

I have twice broken fingers (well a finger and a thumb) playing in goal and finished the game. No biggy.

Of course, I didn't finish either game in goal.

I have played 4 times with 3 broken legs, 2 broken arms, an eye ball hanging out and an ingrowing hair on my arse. Anyone better?

I played upfront at my own funeral and bagged a hat trick!

Meh, fair dues and all that but can we just sell this bloke already? Is he under some sort of 10 year contract?

A truly terrible 'keeper.

Pah, I've played with a severely damaged knee, twisted ankle and (possibly) broken nose while in goal.

Put simply my bonkers commitment in getting the ball means I get kicked by the strikers more than the ball does.

edit: Grammar nazi-ism correcting spelling of commitment.

Saw the highlights on the telly, my missus asked 'why has he got tampons up his nose?'

Because he's been twatted love.

Hats off to his Terry Butcher spirit.
