MikeyT Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 3 points please!!!! Starting line up is: Schmeichel Pantsil Bamba Mills Konchesky Wellens Fernandes Danns Gallagher Vassell Beckford Subs: weale, peltier, king, dyer, abe
Salieri Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 No major surprises with that line up, Gally or King was gonna be the only poser for me. Seems like a very long time since the nervy win over the Saints, let's hope we can grab all 3 points today, and a debut goal for Jermaine would be very nice.
Kent Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Could just as easily be: Schmeichel Pantsil Bamba Mills Konchesky Wellens Fernandes Danns Gallagher Beckford Vassell Not sure why RL think it's definitely 4-4-2 Diamond, I'll be happy with either.
ozleicester Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 pleased to see Gally starting, dont think he works off the bench. 0-3 to us
Salieri Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Stringer has Abe not Schlupp on his bench on Twitter. Would have preferred Schlupp, no striker on the bench then.
Vlad The Impaler Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 4-4-2 with Gally at the tip of the diamond please!
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Would have preferred Schlupp, no striker on the bench then. Can always put Gally there if need be.
MikeyT Posted 10 September 2011 Author Posted 10 September 2011 Would have preferred Schlupp, no striker on the bench then. Just re-done the bench.
Happy Fox Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 3 points please!!!! Starting line up is: Schmeichel Pantsil Bamba Mills Konchesky Wellens Fernandes Danns Gallagher Vassell Beckford Subs: weale, peltier, king, dyer, abe Fantastic team well done Sven, I am very excited with prospect of Gallagher in the hole just behind Vassell and Beckford
ScouseFox Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Gally can go up top or Dyer can come on and we'll go 4-3-3, if we don't start that way. And King is an attacking option on the bench. 0-3, Beckford, Mills and Danns.
Salieri Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Can always put Gally there if need be. Yeah I suppose, just think Schlupp is a good option to bring on against tired legs later in the game. Do we really need two central midfielders on the bench?
Bilbo Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Strong line-up. Nice. On another note, has anyone else noticed that FT has been a bit quiet over the past few days?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Looks like a strong line up, we need to dick someone.
MikeyT Posted 10 September 2011 Author Posted 10 September 2011 Gallagher? Euh. <_< Good to see you behind the players.
Kent Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Shut up Alan we don't need another centre back. SSL and/or Tunch is more than enough cover.
ozleicester Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Youngy says we need a Centre back Ive tried to hold back on my opinion of Alan Young this season... but seriously... another centre back?????????
MikeyT Posted 10 September 2011 Author Posted 10 September 2011 Michael Johnson's nearing match fitness+should play in League Cup game vs Cardiff in a couple of weeks according to Sven
Guest BlueBrett Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Gally at the top of the diamond could be interesting
lcfcsnow Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Youngy says we need a Centre back Ive tried to hold back on my opinion of Alan Young this season... but seriously... another centre back????????? He's right in this case, only thing I agree with Young about is that Bamba is a liability.
