Swampdog Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Gally at the top of the diamond could be interesting Ive seen him play behind a top striker before and i think he can be very good in that position.. i think it fits his ability playing there, he doesnt have the pace to get past people playing out wide like he has been doing previously and with his technical ability i can see him playing a lot of good passes in behind the defence and also scoring from the edge of the area.
tomtom Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 He's right in this case, only thing I agree with Young about is that Bamba is a liability. The liability that has been our best defender this season?
Miquel The Work Geordie Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Alan Young, hero as a player apparently, but his opinions are just broken.
Petchy Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 We could do with another CB, as Sven said he wanted 2 for each position and at the minute we only have 3 out of 4 (excluding Tunchev). But, with the 5 subs rule it looks unlikely anyway.
ozleicester Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 He's right in this case, only thing I agree with Young about is that Bamba is a liability. Bamba is heart in mouth time every time hes on the ball.. however he has been our oustanding defender so far this year. But, even then we still has St Ledger and Tunch..so we really have no shortage of CB's
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Come on City need three points here. Bit annoyed King isnt in the team though.
Bugg Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Alan Young, hero as a player apparently, but his opinions are just broken. BUT HE'S GOT THE BEST COACHING BADGES EVER, SO GOOD HE'D RATHER BE A WANK COMMENTATOR ON LOCAL RADIO THAN BEING A SUCCESFUL COACH.
Pegosteve Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 We are due a full 90 minutes performance, will today be the day? Let's hope so. Come on you Foxes!!!

leicesterseddon Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Good to see you behind the players. Questioning the team selection doesn't mean I'm not behind the players. Anyway, sod's law he'll score a hat-trick now!
Chazwaz Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 It will be interesting to see how Waghorn plays

Possibly, but situations like Tunch being on loan and Ball being injured may force our hand. Even if it's just a short term loan.
Matt Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 It will be interesting to see how Waghorn plays Tempted to lump on him scoring at anytime @ 2/1. We all know it's gonna happen.

Salieri Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 Tempted to lump on him scoring at anytime @ 2/1. We all know it's gonna happen. Just looked at the odds on Beckford anytime scorer, best odds 13/8. Bit too short to bother with but reckon it's nailed on all the same.
Ilkeston_Fox Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 1-3 and Leicester to break their hoodoo of conceding 2 goals in a game (which they've done in the last 5 competetive games (according to Sky))
Phube Posted 10 September 2011 Posted 10 September 2011 COME ON CITY!!! We need a Beckford Hat-trick!

Bit too short to bother with but reckon it's nailed on all the same. I've got Beckford to score 2 or more at 9/1, Bamba to score anytime at 10/1 and Waghorn to score 2 or more at 10/1 and of course Leicester to win

Go for a wincast. Jermaine Beckford first goalscorer, Leicester (Or whatever you think - Draw/Barnsley) to win. 15/2 You can only pick first or last goalscorer though, so not as simple as an anytime scorer bet. I've put a £10 on Waghorn scoring anytime, so not exactly 'lumped on' but could/will win me £30.
