Billy Reid's odds have been slashed to 6/1

For anybody who doesn't know who he is:

Billy Reid (born 18 July 1963 in Glasgow) is a Scottish former footballer and is currently manager of Scottish Premier League club Hamilton Academical.

In his playing days Reid started off at Queen of the South where he was signed by Nobby Clark.[1] Reid was later remembered by team mate Tommy Bryce as one of the best players at the club.[2] Reid then played for Clyde, Hamilton Academical and Stirling Albion. He has also managed Clyde.

Reid won the PFA Scotland Manager of the Year in 2008 after leading Hamilton into the Scottish Premier League.[3]

His son, Billy Jnr, was also a footballer, who played for Clyde. His other son, Gary, went to Lenzie Academy.

No thanks.

I'd prefer Jimmy Reid (in the LCFC dugout and Downing Street): http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2010/aug/11/jimmy-reid-obituary

...or how about Jim and William Reid from the Jesus & Mary Chain:

One of them could be Director of Football. Our passing would be "Just like honey", the opposition would "Never understand" our tactics and we'd be doing some "Candy Talking" under the "April Skies".

Honestly, this is all getting too farcical to take seriously...

Showaddywaddy, anyone? They have the local connection...with Englebert as Director of Football
