You can't steal success in footy, unless you bribe the officials and buying success is actually not that easy.

I don't think Pearson will splash the cash, he will find the right types of player in terms of position and character, the latter is something we terribly lack. From memory I think the last time we have come back from 1-0 down to winning is that Cardiff match under Sousa. That isn't good enough.

Sure I agree. But whilst good teams come from behind, really good teams don't go behind in the first place.

Good example..... if we were aiming for the champions league.

What makes me laugh is when people say we will never survive with these players in the prem bla bla bla. What division are we in? How much did teams like blackpool, Norwich, Swansea, Hull etc etc etc spend to get them up? Not much, they bought players with passion, determination and hunger t succeed rather than spending 10 mil "peanuts" on one big name player who is past his best and has no desire to work hard to get to the prem
