StanSP Posted 14 December 2011 Posted 14 December 2011 While the bloke without a ticket was in the wrong, to be honest if I had been on that train with my daughter, I am not sure I would have been that happy to see violence shown as the solution. Where's the violence?
Koke Posted 14 December 2011 Posted 14 December 2011 Kid got thrown out face first into the plat-form. I'm 6'5. Next time I see someone disobeying authority, I will just get up and manhandle them and throw them out of the trainvenue/whatever. You guys are going down a slippery slope if you agree with that.
John Matrix Posted 14 December 2011 Posted 14 December 2011 Why didn't he pretend to be asleep? or hide in the john
flowwolf Posted 14 December 2011 Posted 14 December 2011 The little arsehole should have been thrown under the next arriving train just for wearing that stupid hat that matched his obviously inbred face. The world would have been a slightly better place.
Vacamion Posted 14 December 2011 Posted 14 December 2011 The inspector when asked if he wanted help in removing the young man seemed to nod an agreement and stand aside. Wrong: He should have asked the bloke to remain seated. The train was at a station so it would not have taken long to summon a station official to deal with the matter. Linlithgow is a little town with a two-platform station, not much bigger than, say, South Wigston station. I would think it is often unmanned or sparsely manned, so there would be a bit of a wait for an official... I think "the big man" was bang on. If more people were prepared to step in and help like this, we wouldn't have wee nyaffs ripping the piss out of authority. I bet the little shite either sues or sells his story. Not that there is ANY lasting damage caused. The big fellah is going to be interviewed by police. What IS the world coming to?

Jon the Hat Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 The 'Big Man' got charged for assault. http://www.bbc.co.uk...t-fife-16288101 Good. Just because you are a big bloke doesn't give you the right to pass judgement on someone and use physical force to remove him from a train.
MikeyT Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Whatever happened to making a Citizens Arrest? I guess that would be considered assault nowadays.
Jon the Hat Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Whatever happened to making a Citizens Arrest? I guess that would be considered assault nowadays. He threw him off a train. When was that ever not assault?
I am Rod Hull Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Good. He didnt pay, everyone on the train wanted him off, fvck him... Its not as though he was beaten up was it...
MikeyT Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 He threw him off a train. When was that ever not assault? Good, the little shit needs teaching a lesson.

He's not a "kid" first of all. Well done to the man who chucked him off the train. There's too many soppy cvnts like yourself who have sympathy for these little fvcktards who think they can get away with anything.
acooling08 Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Haha what an absolute fvcking travesty of justice.

Guest MattP Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Terrible. No wonder we have so many disrespectful twats going around thinking they can do what they want now.
ithuriel Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 http://www.bbc.co.uk...otland-16179152 Always interesting to hear both sides of a story. Seem's the youth was a mouthy little git with no respect but at the same time wanting to be respected? Bumped into a few of them and had to really restrain myself from just lamping the dicks, normally youth's in cinemas or hanging around town. Did get some thrown out of the Odeon once , they wouldnt be quiet, we're threatened by some chap but carried on so i went and got a staff member and told them straight to sort it out or i would myself :xmasangry: ay which point i went in and pointed them out to two security guards. They we're warned, went on being noisy and we're marched out :xmaslaugh: I was half expecting them to be waiting outside but i guess they figured they'd annoyed that many peeps they would have got hammered.
I am Rod Hull Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Terrible. No wonder we have so many disrespectful twats going around thinking they can do what they want now. Have you ever been on the tube ? Its full of nutters :xmaslaugh: I remember my first outing on the under ground when visiting my Mrs (Essex girl) parents for the first time. A bloke who looked like Billy Connolly kept shouting "dont play with the fire children" at every stop.
Wycombe Fox Posted 22 December 2011 Posted 22 December 2011 He threw him off a train. When was that ever not assault? I didn't see anybody throw anybody from a train. I saw a member of the public ask a representative of the rail company if he wanted the non-paying 'trespasser' removing from the property of the rail company. The representative of the rail company said that he did want him removing and he was duly removed using, in my opinion, reasonable force. (This part isn't in reply to Jon the Hat) I might be a bit 'old skool' here, but if you haven't got the fare, don't get on the train. The adult (don't forget, he's 19) avoiding paying was trying to get something for nothing i.e. a free ride, like so many of today's society, and got caught out.
Babylon Posted 22 December 2011 Posted 22 December 2011 The train company piss me off with their statement about customers not getting involved as their staff are well trained in conflict management... OH REALLY? The conductor saying "They'll (the other passengers) start complaining before I do". And then saying "yes" when asked by the passenger if he wanted the fair dodger removing from the train. Great training that!
