Happy Fox Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Hope he stays. What i've seen of him this year he's looked a class above. Granted i've been watching League 1 football all year but still he's looked quality. Shame about Johnson as well. Hoped it would work out for him but unfortunately he's not managed to get his fitness up. Off to Chievo in Serie A, granted they aint top of the league midtable side, but I can see why NP isn't playing him as his mind is probably on Italy

Granted i've been watching League 1 football all year but still he's looked quality. Shame about Johnson as well. Hoped it would work out for him but unfortunately he's not managed to get his fitness up. It is a shame but he has praps been miss led. He seen wellens fat and lazy playing every week and thought I am better than him. So all I got to do is put more weight on and do fvck all. :crylaugh: :crylaugh:
MrFox781 Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Overall players getting pissed off, players leaving, fans losing hope on promotion, king and wellens keep playing after playing a load of shit, players who couldnt care less about this club, players getting paid a whopping amount for sitting at home every Saturday. Where the **** has our club reached.
marbelladave Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 This has been on the cards for some time....... The best midfielder we have had in nearly a decade and we barely give him a game and none of those in his 'proper' position....... I can understand why NFP is not playing him at the moment but how on earth did Sven let Wellens get control of our midfied and set himself up in that ridiculous 'quarterback' position when he had Fernandes available?
sphericalfox Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Yeah, certainly looks like Johnson's left... Is he wearing a puffa jacket...no wait
funkyrobot Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Fernandes came on twice as sub and showed more energy and passion than the rest of the midfield put together. He asked to play in a stiffs game and scored 4 goals. He then has to sit on the bench and watch the same FNP midfield show no skill, imagination or passion for the 3rd game running and still doesn't even get on as a sub. Why the fook would he want to stop? We're forcing probably the best midfield player we have out the club. Danns and Beckford are probably thinking the same as well. How does Howard get picked? It's beyond me. Most on here were glad to see the back of Sven due to him not having a plan b, does FNP, I'm yet to see one. He and his team knew a lot of the squad and this division, allegedly, I'm yet to see proof of it. This team is getting worse. I expect to see Weale played before much longer and Waghorn brought back in the new year. If we seriously have 10m to spend then Sharp and a decent wide player will take most of that. It won't leave much to replace the rest of the midfield if you've pissed off Danns and Fernandes, who if played in their correct positions, could potentially turn this season around. The lack of imagination and risk taking shown by FNP so far makes me shudder at what would hapen to us should he ever get us promoted. You seem to forget that under Sven, fernandes and Johnson got limited game time and rarely shone when they did play. You clearly have an anti NP agenda which is fair enough if that's how you feel but let's be clear about it, other than dyer and to a lesser extent howard coming back in, this is pretty much the same set of regular players that Sven was using.
EnderbyFox Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Is that Micheal Johnson? Bloody hell, is that Michael Ball? he looks chubby !
Narborough_fox Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Johnson already gone ey? NB: Didn't look at the thread.

Bob Weasel Fox Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Is that Micheal Johnson? what the one with the glasses?
sphericalfox Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 what the one with the glasses? No the one with the trunk
THEFATBASTARD Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Back in medical surroundings, johnson must of felt at home, still standing around not marking anybody. Great lives these lads have, thousands a week and saturdays off.
Bert Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Wellens likes that shirt! Seen him 4/5 times wearing it on separate occasions!
MrFox781 Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Bloody hell, is that Michael Ball? he looks chubby ! ****ing hell man i was wondering who that was. now i know its him
Chap84 Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 A little off the subject but just been reading about this visit on the football league app and I remembered before we signed mills in the summer there was some coments on whether he was from leicester. well he says he was born in the lift at Lri and spent the first 6 months of his life in there have some of his twisted intestines removed!
Libertine Dream Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 Back in medical surroundings, johnson must of felt at home, still standing around not marking anybody. Great lives these lads have, thousands a week and saturdays off. Or if your Wellens, get Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday off, and act like a complete useless twit on a Saturday
hackneyfox Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 This has been on the cards for some time....... When played in his correct position he's looked good. I hate co* so all thoughts are slightly clouded by that but I thought he looked like potentially the best player we'd had in years. He's played at a higher level than any of our other players and is allegedly wanted by a Serie A team. We must be fooking up somewhere.
hackneyfox Posted 20 December 2011 Posted 20 December 2011 You seem to forget that under Sven, fernandes and Johnson got limited game time and rarely shone when they did play. You clearly have an anti NP agenda which is fair enough if that's how you feel but let's be clear about it, other than dyer and to a lesser extent howard coming back in, this is pretty much the same set of regular players that Sven was using. Johnson showed glimpses but was clearly unfit. Fernandes should be given 3 games at least in his natural position, should be more, but the owners will push for promotion, though I think that is unlikely this season, and will demand new signings in January. Dyer and Howard are probably our least ineffective players (understatement of the season?) so what does that say about FNP? I could understand Dyer being chosen as he is our only naturally wide player, whatever I may think of him, but he could and should have been replaced by almost any bugger during the loan window. Playing Howard ahead of Beckford or Schlupp proved to me that FNP is lacking somewhere. I hope he and his team can put it right in January, he's signed decent loan players in the past but his treatment of Dudley Judas and Gradel does worry me.
accessory Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Off to Chievo apparently according to this article it is in Italian but the title gives it away http://www.calcionew...-fernandes.html Because Italian football websites are so much more reliable than their English counterparts...
ithuriel Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Hope those youngsters get well soon, poor kiddies.
Swalker Posted 21 December 2011 Posted 21 December 2011 Off to Chievo apparently according to this article it is in Italian but the title gives it away http://www.calcionew...-fernandes.html Here it is translated: Exclusive, new contact, FC Fernandes Is taking shape these days the idea of a return to Chievo Verona by Gelson Fernandes. After having dressed in yellow and blue jersey last season, offering good performance, the Swiss midfielder, owned by Saint-Etienne but currently on loan at Leicester City, could actually return to Verona during the winter session transfers. Indeed, according to rumors accredited collected exclusively by the editorial staff of CalcioNews24.com and from sources close to the company clivense, recently there was a contact between Giovanni Sartori, sports director of Chievo, and the agent of Fernandes. The deal is officially open.
