Merging Cultures Posted 17 May 2015 Posted 17 May 2015 I did my fish in a ginger broth with mushrooms and a lemon foam again tonight. And tonight, I perfected the lemon foam. Until now it had been collapsing by the time it got to the table. This time, I managed to keep it up for quite a while. The main was a butternut and sage risotto. It was very rich, but really tasty.

I think that is the reason, and maybe my cooking.The wife does pudding. Probably something chocolatey with ice cream.
