I really don't think this guy knows what he's doing. Clearly way out of his depth. He's even giving the wrong hand signals for the decisions he does manage to make!

Is seems as though your mate was useless at football and always got picked last. However, his only way of employment from the game was to become a ref, a useless ref.

I think this ref is having an objectively bad game. He's pissed both sides off and for good reason. Absolute shocker. There's one thing being strict, but you can't just give free kicks left right and centre and then not book players. That seems to be his logic at the minute.

im gonna take a guess and say your mate got his job from a xmas cracker or one of them 20p vending machines how on earth did this guy get the job hes not even fit enough to ref non league or even sunday league football if carlsberg made refs he wouldnt be one ffs sort it out
