Don't change the team. As much as i'd love to see Marshall play, you don't change a winning team and Pearson knows this. We don't know much about Marshall and now is not the time to be experimenting and to be fair Dyer hasn't been playing badly recently. Marshall and Delf to get 30 mins run out tho.

2-0 win, Beckford and Nugent standard.

Same team for me except Dyer out Marshall in. And bring on Fonz/Hopper with 20 mins left.

Exactly why anyone would leave Dyer out after yesterday's effort escapes me. Nor did I see why Marshall somehow played himself into greater contension for Dyer's role. Yes, he did alright when he came on and showed himself to be a competent enough option but that was all. In no way did he catch the eye.

Dyer and Konchesky are cogging well on the left and providing a threat. Furthermore they are working together responsibily both in attacking and defensive situations.

It sometimes concerns me that when Dyer moves inside we don't have someone else making the width - Dyer mostly having to hurry out there himself but by then it can be too late. But mostly, Konchesky fills the space in Dyer's absence and Dyer soon links up with him to offer both options and cover which is as it should be.

I didn't see us being exposed very often yesterday yet both Dyer and Konch made notable contributions in attack with Dyer winning the freekick for our second goal and Konchesky bringing the best save of the game with his piledriver from outside the box.

This... After yesterday's performance there's no way Id drop Dyer.. He ripped their right back to shreds on quite a few occasions.

Fine, if he'd had a stinker, drop him... But I thought Lloyd was very good yesterday..

The only reason I would drop Dyer is tactical reason not to say he isn't playing well but he is a player who tires after about 45 minutes so as an impact sub where he can run at pace at the opposing fullbacks for the last 30 minutes of so he would be a much better proposition.

Why on earth would you want to change a winning side ?

One player constitutes winning side?, I am not saying Dyer hasn't performed but I would like Marshall get a start against Watford, with Dyer making weight later in the game.

Danns has been playing well in a central role, i think he may be recalled. I wouldnt like Drinkwater out wide so id rest Wellens for this, as he will be needed for Norwich with Danny ineligible, maybe too many games for Wellens, im feeling we may have turned the corner and a win here will confirm it 1-3 Beckford2 Nugent

Unless anyone has an injury ......you have as much chance of NP making changes as a one legged man in an ass kicking competition !

You're right.. He likes a settled team

The team will be the same IMO.

Would be very surprised if it wasn't

Yeah, I can see that happening, especially with DD being ineligible for the Norwich game as you say.

I went a bit mad after yesterday's game and put £20 on us to win promotion at 25/1 - so we'd better win this one!

Epic proportions a Cup Final, win this and the playoff dream is well and kicking alive, loose it and we are back to square one.

I appreciate your out and out optimism but I think we'll not only have to beat Watford (a draw won't do) but also we can't afford any slip ups against other similar mediocre opposition in the following games after Watford - the Sheep, league one bound Cov., bogey side Bristol City (away) followed by Reading then probably Brum. A torrid but interesting time lies in wait.......!

I think this game is crucial if we win it we it could galvanize us and we could put a run together in the league as confidence and moral would be soaring, and the tag of not winning back to back games won't haunt us anymore.

Yes, we definitely need a run that we had under Sven this time last year before we surrendered meekly to yesterday's opponents at the end of "that run" - and that included beating the likes of Swansea and even bogey side Bristol City at home with Waggy's last kick of the game! - as seen live on Sky! A tall order but it's never boring being a City fan, which is why we love them. COYB! :):scarf:

If we look at the next three fixtures they are games we should win, Watford, Derby and Cov! We might win four league games in a row ;)

This is Leicester were talking about. lol

It wasn't on Sky.
