My point was that as captain he has an onus to speak with the referee if he sees a decision has gone against us, the ref, now feeling aggrieved at being called wrong, has booked him as if to say "jog on lad, I'm the big gun around here" ie; not entirely his fault. I agree but not shout and ball and come across aggressive like Mills always does.
