blueredswed Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 We don´t have a team today to play against Chelsea, not a midfield and wingers? Perhaps put up Bamba as a winger but what happens with the defence? Yes we have a good backup! I think after I saw Man C yesterday (Harts almost near to make a goal last seconds) and we got a good striker ourselves Kasper! I saw him playing in Man C and why not? Goalkeeper? Does we needing any if we get a solid defence?

HoustonFox Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Why are people dropping SSL? He's been consistently our best defender the last 10 games. Because he's been on the booze? Team for me is same as the Brum starting line up - same as NeilyBoy said. Maybe not Weale on the bench though. Just the thought of him in goal against Frank Lampard and his long range shots.... *shudder*
Ashley Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Schmeichel Konchesky Bamba Morgan St Ledger Dyer Danns Wellens Gallagher/Marshall Beckford Nugent If I was Leicester Manager the only decision that what trouble me is Gallagher OR Marshall to start? Gallaghers technical ability can change games in seconds however Marshalls pace and skill also tracking back? Hmmm. Aslong as the team on sunday as it is above I shall have no doubt. I believe. Come on Leicester!
onecapwonder Posted 16 March 2012 Posted 16 March 2012 Assuming no injuries will be the same team as started vs Brum but with Konchesky in place of Kenedy. That swap is harsh, Kenedy was excellent vs Brum but Konch has played v.well all season and you can't drop players who've been involved in the cup run unless they've been playing really poor and Konch certainly wasn't prior to the red card vs Coventry. Gallagher should start ahead of Marshall, he is much better going forward and there is no real difference between them defensively and even if there was I'd much rather have a winger who can pass and cross (Gallagher) as oppose to the rubbish Marshall has produced so far. Would be nice to see Pearson switch up and go 4-3-3/4-5-1. Chelsea will play 3 in midfield and if we only play Wellens and Danns they should dominate us there. I'd prefer Pearson to counter that as oppose to play 2 up front and try and pose a "threat" that Chelsea should be able to deal with. If I was RDM (or EBJT[England's Brave John Terry] depending on who you think is managing Chelsea at the momemnt) I'd play Mata as no 10 behind a striker or two. Against Norwich we let Wes Hoolahan see too much of the ball in that position, letting someone like Mata get the ball there would be even worse.
blueharmie Posted 17 March 2012 Posted 17 March 2012 this is going to be a tough game. i cant see it being more than a good day out though, would love a draw or a win but in reality they could score 5+. come on lcfc prove me wrong.
