Peltier, Wellens, Gallagher, Morgan, Howard ( all first team squad) aren't good enough. No discipline, weve had a stupid amount of red cards and gave away a stupid amount of penalties. The list is endless ....

FrankieADZ Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 we dont deserve it...& we've been too inconsistent the whole season. Lets just calm down a bit aswell imo. its 1 defeat...I'd be more worried if we'd spent the amount we did and we was 4 bottom.....we also have to not be so fickle aswell

However, to say we will never get promoted is a ruthless statement to put out there, something that no LCFC fans should be saying. Really not a good reaction to the defeat, we are all frustrated but there is no need for this thread.
Happy Fox Posted 14 April 2012 Posted 14 April 2012 We are too inconsistent, we have mediocre players Wellens, Dyer, Gallagher etc.. Not everyone is united to achieving the goal of promotion. Some reasons I can think of.

Playing how we have been, with the mediocre side weve got, with the discipline we've got we won't be promoted, this season, next season whatever. So until things are sorted we won't go up, why the big over reaction on the word never? It's not a ruthless statement, it's a fact,

You've all gone way over the top here, I said well never get promotion because .. And I listed why. We will NEVER be promoted with the current mediocre side we've got and with the lack of discipline weve got. Like I've said before and I'm getting bored of saying, if things are sorted then we stand a chance but WITH HOW THINGS CURRENTLY ARE there's no chance of promotion. This season, next season, whatever.

It's a dick thing to say but it's not knee jerk. b) That was tongue in cheek. c) If people start stupid threads with no point to them, that aren't constructive, that could be said in any number of other similar threads, then they will get comments like these. Look how many people have told him to do one. I know it's the internet and people can say what they want (hence me saying what I want to now) but if they want to be taken seriously then they need to not act like idiots in the first place. Eg. Don't start a stupid thread saying we will 'NEVER be promoted' when that's just statistically very unlikely because 'never' means never. Then once you've made the mistake of starting this stupid thread, don't then go on to argue that despite you capitalising the word 'never' in your thread title, you think that 'never' and 'never again' mean completely different things. Long story short, if you don't say stupid things, people won't think you're stupid. I think it's a little too late in the OP's case.
